    Daughter's dress purchase

    I was totally impressed by how fast my order arrived from this online store. The delivery went without a hitch and they kept me updated at every turn. The dress I got for my daughter looked just like it did on the website, so that was a nice surprise. Gotta say, I'm really happy with how everything went with this store and I'll definitely be shopping here again for more clothes in the future.

    MV1 vape purchase

    I just got myself an MV1 vape and at first, I was really impressed with it. The pull was super smooth and the design looked really sleek. But, after using it for about 2 months, I ran into a software problem that seemed to be my fault. No matter what I tried online, I couldn't fix it. Luckily, the customer service team came to the rescue and sent me a replacement right away. Their warranty and service are top-notch. Big thanks to Virgil, the rep who went out of his way to help me out. He showed what great customer service is all about. Overall, this company really knows how to stand out from the rest.

    Authentic Italian pastry gift

    I had an amazing time surprising my folks with their favorite real-deal Italian pastries using this service. They were over the moon to get a delicious reminder of home after leaving rainy New England for a sunnier spot. The pastries showed up nice and fresh, and well taken care of, and it was the best feeling to see how pleased it made my parents. I can't wait to try out more gift ideas with this service down the road.

    8-year customer, needing help to re-activate account on new device

    I've been using Camtasia and Snaggit for about 8 years now and they are amazing! But then my computer crashed. I contacted customer support to try and transfer my account to a new device, but I didn't have all the right information - oops! The support team was incredible, they were quick, clear, and just awesome. Shoutout to Mark for being the real MVP and sorting everything out. Thanks, dude!

    4 weeks free trail!

    The deal seems good. Sign up for 4 weeks and cancel the membership before the end of the trail if you wish to not continue. During Covid-19 I thought this would be a good way to spend some time. The webinars are good, however they bombard you with 3-5 emails in that webinar and hard sell at the end of the first module.. get the toolkit, get your certificate etc. I clicked on one email during the webinar and closed it. To my surprise I then got an email from Paypal saying they had taken £39.95 from my account. I then emailed Shaw Academy to find out what they had charged me for and to get a refund, they said it was impossible to give a refund on toolkits. I wasn't aware I had purchased a toolkit and had not downloaded a toolkit, but the email link is a one click purchase which I was unaware of. They offered me more toolkits as a compensation; $199 and then a further £599 with two free certificates! But would still have to pay for the next module which was £49.99 a month. They then make it hard for you to leave, making you call them and waste more time and money trying to cancel whilst offering you $199 toolkit to stay and free certificates. They also try to make you feel bad by leaving - do you want to give up on your dreams. Do you want to be unsuccessful. Ridiculous company. AVOID

    EXACTLY the same has just happened to me, I wanted to check the toolkit out, then PayPal told me they took the money out! Now I’ve downloaded the app too see what the toolkit is and I can’t find anything!? This is not the time to be taking money off people and being difficult!! ????

    Exactly the same thing happened to me - I didn't even think I'd clicked on the purchase option for the toolkit, the page hadn't finished downloading so I couldn't see anything. They then told me that they wouldn't refund as it had been activated - I haven't even looked at it!!

    Same or similar thing here too. Called to cancel before the end of the 4 week trial and I was told this had been done but my account was still live. Asked them to refund as per the above and they wouldn’t. Asked them to delete all my details in line with the GDPR and they wouldn’t. I initially blocked payments with my bank and have cancelled my card today. Hope that does the trick. Despicable especially in these times.
