Puddlesuit purchase
I bought a puddlesuit from Kidly for my baby not too long ago, but it turned out to be pretty bad quality. After only wearing it once and washing it, the zip lining fell apart. I contacted Kidly to ask for a replacement, but they said no because it had been over a year since I bought it. This, along with a bad experience I had last Christmas, has made me think twice about shopping with them again.
Wrong sizing ordered
I totally messed up ordering some clothes and tried to fix it, but they wouldn't change it. I sent them emails and everything but they still sent it the wrong size! So annoying.
Super late delivery
I ordered something because they promised it would arrive the next day, but it ended up taking soooo long to reach me! I had to wait until Friday, which really sucked. I tried reaching out through their chat feature and the people were friendly, but unfortunately couldn't speed up the delivery process. I was feeling both disappointed and frustrated, and would probably not recommend my friends to shop from there if they're looking for timely deliveries.
Thinx I want don't come
Hey everyone, listen up! So I ordered my stuff last week and it's been nearly a week now, but there haven't been any updates on when my package will arrive. I'm really frustrated about it, like, come on! The customer service isn't very helpful either, they just keep saying it takes a bunch of working days. But seriously, they could at least update the tracking information, right? I'm going to stick with other companies that actually care about their customers, like scandiborn. I would recommend avoiding ordering from here, just trust me on this!
Quick delivery, great products
I can't believe how quickly my order came! I placed it online late Saturday and it arrived on Monday. The Little Dutch items I got were so good, especially the musical crib mobile that brought tears to my eyes. The prices were fair, everything was packaged well, and it got here fast. I'll definitely be using this website again.
Jelly sandals arrived with missing buckle
I just bought my daughter a new pair of jelly sandals but it came in with a missing buckle. However, I gotta say, I was really happy with the customer service when I reached out to them. They got back to me right away and gave me the choice of either swapping them out or getting a partial refund. I decided to go with the refund since the missing buckle wasn't a big deal, and my daughter still really likes the sandals. I was shocked at how fast they fixed the problem, all sorted out within an hour of me messaging them.
Sea blue jelly sandals
Hey there! So, I bought these sea blue jelly sandals from this company not too long ago. The quality and style are great, gotta say I'm happy with that. But man, when it comes to the colour, I'm a bit bummed out. The pic on the website had this gorgeous bright turquoise, but what I got is more like a grey-blue - way duller. It's kind of a letdown to see such a big difference between what they show and what you actually get. I might reach out to customer service and see if I can swap them out.
Returned items dispute
Oh man, what a total nightmare! I had the worst experience with this company recently. I sent back some stuff using the courier they suggested, and now Kidly is saying the items never made it back. I did everything right, gave them all the info they needed, even the 16-digit number and the digital slip from Kidly. But even with all that proof, they're still saying no refund and no help. Their customer service is just awful and they have no integrity. I definitely don't recommend buying anything from them.
Parcel never arrived on time
I was super pumped to give my friends' babies a Christmas gift, but the package I ordered didn't show up before I had to take off. I was bummed out, but then Kidly came through! They sent another package to my friends so the little ones could rock their puddle suits on time. It was a huge weight off my shoulders and my friends were thrilled with the gifts. Big thanks to Kidly for making sure the babies got their presents right on time!
Second order, fast delivery, cute products
I just made my second order from this company, and I gotta say, I'm really happy with how fast it arrived and the awesome quality of the stuff. Everything was packed nicely and looked exactly like it did on the website. They have such cute things to choose from, I always end up getting gifts for my friends' little ones too.

Huddles Duck
I just bought a Huddles Duck from this store, and I gotta say, I wasn't too happy with how it was packaged and the quality of the product. The duck was just crammed into a plastic bag inside a box, when I was hoping for it to be in a Jellycat bag at least. And let's talk about the duck itself - it looked kinda cheap and used. For the price, I suggest going straight to the Jellycat website for a better deal.
Baby clothes and toys
I had such a terrible experience with this company. I ordered baby clothes and toys, and it was just a disaster from the beginning to the end. They delivered my order in separate shipments, but one part went to my neighbor and the other part got lost. The customer service person, Rose, was no help at all. I asked for a price match because I found the same items for cheaper somewhere else, but they said no. Trying to return things was a nightmare, even though I gave them tracking and refund proof, I still haven't gotten my money back. Just don't bother ordering from this company, it's not worth the trouble.
Christmas items purchase
Customer service was fantastic! They helped me out with a problem I had with an item a few months after buying it. The team was really friendly, knowledgeable, and got things sorted out quickly. Definitely the best customer service experience I've had in a while.
Shoes and clothes for my daughter
I've used this website a few times this year and I gotta say, I have no complaints at all. The selection of toys and clothes for my daughter is amazing and the prices are actually pretty reasonable. I really love snagging items on sale, it's the best feeling! I'll definitely be coming back for more, especially for the shoes!
Puddle suits with broken zips
I bought two puddle suits from this store not too long ago, and I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed about how they turned out. After using them for only a year and a half, the zippers started falling apart and now one of them is completely broken. I spent almost a hundred bucks on these suits, so I was hoping for better quality and durability. I definitely won't be recommending this product to anyone, and I'll be searching for a cheaper option next time.
Dolls cot purchase
I bought a doll's crib for my granddaughter for Christmas, and let me tell you, I was so disappointed. It was way smaller than I thought it would be, even though the measurements were right there in the description. I can't believe I forked out that much cash for something so little and not worth it.
Kids clothing and toys
I've bought so much kids clothing and toys from this place. They have such a great selection of practical and quality items, including some gorgeous Scandinavian pieces that are more for the parents, but hey, parents deserve nice things too, right? I did have one item with a fault once, but they sorted it out quickly and efficiently with no trouble at all.
Rug purchase for son's bedroom
I ordered a beautiful rug for my son's bedroom from Kidly and I was so impressed with how quickly it arrived! It came the very next day, all wrapped up nicely and in perfect shape. It looks so nice in his room and really adds a stylish touch to the decor. I also checked out some toys on their website and they looked really fun for kids. Kidly has a great selection of items for little ones.
Faulty Dutchie Walker purchase
I recently bought a Dutchie Walker from this company and unfortunately, I had some issues with it because it was faulty and didn't fit together properly. I contacted their customer service to explain the problem and asked to return the item. Even though the courier company Evri was giving me trouble by canceling the pick-up multiple times, Kidly stayed in touch with me and tried hard to fix the issue. In the end, they decided to give me a refund for the faulty product, which I am grateful for. Even though dealing with the courier company was annoying and took a long time, I want to commend Kidly for their dedication to fixing the problem quickly. One suggestion I have is to think about using a more reliable courier service, like DPD.
