    Faulty refund process

    I'm so annoyed with how long it's taking to get my refund from this platform. I sent back my stuff, got a message confirming the refund would come, but it's been 3 months and I haven't got a penny back. I've messaged them lots, but all they say is to wait. It's so frustrating! How are we supposed to trust them when they can't even give a refund on time?

    My recent visit to the store was a major letdown. The service at the Orland Park location was really bad. Not only was the suit too expensive, but the time it took to pick it up was way too long. Also, we had a receipt that clearly said we owed nothing, yet we were asked to pay 3 cents when we got there. The manager was rude and unprofessional when I complained about this. Trying to get a refund for a wedding that was happening that weekend was just unnecessary. All in all, I had a terrible experience with bad service and no respect for customers. I definitely won't be going back there.

    Device location change app

    I've been using this app for almost two years, and I haven't had any problems with it at all. The layout is super easy to use, so if you need to change your device location for games like Pokémon Go or anything else, this is the way to go. I totally recommend using this app if you want to change your device's location easily. I'd give it a perfect ten out of ten rating. It's fantastic!

    Jelly sandals arrived with missing buckle

    I just bought my daughter a new pair of jelly sandals but it came in with a missing buckle. However, I gotta say, I was really happy with the customer service when I reached out to them. They got back to me right away and gave me the choice of either swapping them out or getting a partial refund. I decided to go with the refund since the missing buckle wasn't a big deal, and my daughter still really likes the sandals. I was shocked at how fast they fixed the problem, all sorted out within an hour of me messaging them.

    Cancelled software after 20 years

    I've actually been using this software for like 20 whole years, but I recently decided to cancel it. It was just so bad! The VPN was taking ages to load any webpage, sometimes more than 10 seconds. And to top it all off, they raised the monthly price. It's just not worth it anymore. So now I'm on the lookout for a better alternative.

    I bought a pair of shoes from this store not long ago, but dang, they were too small for my feet. I made sure to pick the right size and everything, even measured the shoes myself, but they ended up smaller than what the size chart on the website said. I tried to contact customer service twice - first after 2 days and then again a few days later - but didn't hear back from them at all. It was pretty disappointing that they didn't bother to respond, and it soured my whole shopping experience.

    Defective product purchase

    My experience with CAFAGO has been really disappointing. I bought a product from them over two months ago, and it turned out to be defective. I've sent a bunch of emails and tried to work things out, but they haven't offered me a good solution. Their customer service was not helpful at all. It took a long time to get responses, and the solutions they suggested didn't work. They even wanted me to take apart half of the printer to find the problem - which isn't something a regular customer should have to do. They sent me replacement parts twice, but they didn't fix the problem. Now, I just want a replacement for the device. I don't think my concerns were taken seriously, and the dealer didn't handle my issues well.

    Eh, this service is just terrible. All I wanna do is kick back and watch some anime after a rough day of school and chores, but this website is a disaster. The layout is all over the place, and the search bar might as well not even exist. It took me ages to track down the episode I was after, and when I finally found it, it was the wrong one! Seriously, can't a person just watch Boruto in peace without having to hunt down the episodes like it's some kind of game? Just give me what I'm here for, for crying out loud!

    Recent grill purchase

    I just got a new grill and had a bit of a rough time with it. The folks on customer service were trying too hard to be chummy and it just didn't sit right with me. I would've much preferred a straightforward and quick chat to sort out my issues with the grill. Speaking of which, the grill itself wasn't all that great. The whole Wi-Fi thing was a headache to figure out and it was more of a bother than a help. It was a gift, so I didn't choose it myself, but I definitely wouldn't pick this one out and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone else either.

    These shades are for sure a stand-out - so cool, unique, and well-made. I'm all about the vintage vibes with a contemporary touch. They totally pop and are now my fave thing to wear with any outfit. The craftsmanship is top-notch and I really dig the little design details.
