I'm so annoyed with how long it's taking to get my refund from this platform. I sent back my stuff, got a message confirming the refund would come, but it's been 3 months and I haven't got a penny back. I've messaged them lots, but all they say is to wait. It's so frustrating! I had a really bad experience with this seller! There was zero communication, and my order was all mixed up. They even gave me a receipt with the wrong name on it. I had to switch languages just to get a reply to my questions. But I will say, AliExpress came through and refunded my money, even though it took them way too long to do it.
