Glad they finally sorted it out — honestly I was ready to write them off. Ordered two things, got a wrong one and one missing, had to return at my cost and they asked for photos. After a bit of back-and-forth they reimbursed properly, not coupons, so happy now.

not great. I returned a cheap mattress topper I bought because I needed something for my bad back, but after I sent it back they refused a tiny refund (a couple euros) without saying why. I showed proof, tracked the parcel, did all that, and still nothing. Service felt cold, kind of disappointing, bit annoyed, really.
