This company has been a total nightmare to deal with. As a small business owner, I've had problems with their invoices and when I tried to get some answers, they threatened me with legal action. Their customer service is non-existent, and I've been bombarded with fake orders since I started using their services. My advice would be to steer clear of them at all costs.

Breast pump purchase
So, I bought this breast pump and it was a total letdown. The suction was just not cutting it, so I decided to return it. I reached out to the company to see if I could swap it for something else or get a credit, and they ended up sending me a replacement. Unfortunately, the new one was just as disappointing. Same old issue with the suction. I tried to express my frustration and see if they could assist me, but they essentially said I was out of luck. I was hoping they would at least offer me some sort of credit towards another purchase, but they totally left me hanging with a useless pump. Not cool at all, you know?

Park Sleep Fly reservation issue
I just booked a stay with Park Sleep Fly, but when we got to the hotel, they didn't have any record of my reservation. It ended up delaying our trip to the airport because the front desk had to figure it all out. It seemed like a real headache for them, and a manager had to jump in to fix the problem. We did eventually get a parking pass, but I'm just crossing my fingers that everything will be sorted out when we come back. This whole situation left us feeling pretty unsettled and unsure.
