Baby stuff
I have to babysit my little sister five days a week, so I made sure to get all the necessary baby supplies. I bought everything from gates, strollers, to high chairs. I really like Evenflo for baby gear - it's really safe, sturdy, and affordable. I would definitely recommend it to all the new moms out there!
Defective breast pump purchase for premie granddaughter
I've been a loyal customer of this company for a while now and I've bought a lot of their products in the past. But my recent experience with a faulty breast pump for my premature granddaughter was really disappointing. She needed it since she couldn't latch on properly, but I ended up spending $119.00 on a defective product. When I tried to return or exchange it at the store, they gave me a hard time and told me to contact the company directly. Even after reaching out to the company, they wouldn't give me a refund for the faulty pump. This whole situation has made me decide not to buy anything from them ever again. I'm still trying to get my money back for the faulty pump and I hope they step up their customer service game in the future.
Gate purchase
I purchased this gate and it was a total disaster. When I reached out to customer service for assistance, they were no help at all. I attempted to leave a review, but they refused to publish it simply because it was negative. It's a total scam!
My baby shower gift
I had a really bad experience with this company. They damaged my toddler seat and then charged me a lot for shipping the replacement parts. I definitely won't be buying from them again.
Buggy products
I ordered two replacement parts for the exersaucer, but when they arrived, one of them, the light bar, didn't work at all. It was really annoying, especially because I had already had trouble with a delivery issue before. It's not worth the trouble, especially when everything else I've ordered from a different brand works perfectly fine.
Mega Splash Excersaucer
I bought the Mega Splash Excersaucer around 3 years ago, and I was kind of bummed when it showed up without the anchor feet. It was annoying since I had to order the missing part and shell out extra cash for it, even though it should have come with the original package. But, even with that hiccup, I really like the product and think it's a fantastic activity center for my kiddo.
Faulty exersaucer
I bought an exersaucer and it was a total letdown. Initially, one piece didn't fit properly and had to be swapped out by customer service. Then another piece broke off while my 5-month-old was playing with it. The exersaucer is really low quality and not safe for kids. I'm very unhappy with this product and recommend avoiding it.
FedEx delivery nightmare
I ordered something online and it took forever to arrive. I had to keep calling FedEx and Evenflo did absolutely nothing to help me out. When I finally got my package, it looked like it had been through a war. I was so disappointed and frustrated!
Got car seats, cup holders wouldn't stay on
So, I got these new car seats for my kids, eh? They're pretty nice and all, but the cup holders just won't stay on, you know? Like, you attach them with this tiny screw, and it's just not doing the job. My kids can easily pop them off, and it's so annoying, eh? I don't know if it's just me, but I swear they just don't stay put, eh?
Car seat purchase
I bought a car seat from this company recently and I gotta say, their customer service has been a huge letdown. I tried to change the shipping address before they sent it out, but they were unresponsive and inefficient. I even tried to cancel the order before shipping but they wouldn't let me. The lack of communication and delay in giving me tracking info was a real pain. When the car seat finally arrived, I had to go out of my way to get it from the wrong address. Now, trying to return it, I'm getting the same poor service and lack of response. Needless to say, I won't be shopping with them again.
Basic stroller
I bought a simple stroller here recently and honestly, it hasn't been great. The wheels have given me so many problems that I ended up buying a different brand's stroller soon after. The car seat is okay, but it's not as easy to use as another brand. When I contacted them about the wheel issue, they only offered to replace the front wheels, which didn't fix the problem of the stroller being almost impossible to use after just a month. I'm not happy with the stroller's quality and I'm going to recycle it.
Car seat belt replacement
The customer service was awful at this company. I bought a car seat and the belt started coming apart after just a little while. When I asked for a replacement, all I got was excuses and they even tried to blame it on a rodent! There was no way any animals could have gotten into my new car. It was really frustrating how they wouldn't take responsibility or give me a new product. I tried calling them several times but never heard back. It's really concerning that they care more about money than keeping kids safe.
Car seat replacement
I contacted them about replacing a car seat I bought that got damaged. I explained my concerns and shared pictures, but they gave me a dismissive answer and said the seat was still safe. That made me feel frustrated and worried about my child's safety.
Heavy car seat
Why do they make us call to return stuff? It's so annoying, and they want us to pay for return shipping too! Can you believe it? Shipping back this huge car seat is going to be super expensive. Evenflo, you're the worst. I'm never shopping from you again.
Baby gate purchase
I bought a baby gate for my little one at the beginning/middle of December. The shipping label was made on December 14th. I get that the holiday season can slow things down, so I tried to be patient waiting for my order. But after 10 days, I called the shipping company and found out they didn't even have the package yet. It was pretty frustrating dealing with the lack of communication and the delayed shipping.
Car seat safety concern
I bought a car seat from you and I'm a bit worried about safety. My 30-month-old can slide the chest clip down and get her arm out pretty easily. I've tried different things and asked other parents for advice, but nothing's worked. I reached out to your company to talk about this safety problem, but the responses I got were dismissive and not helpful. It's frustrating that my legitimate concern was brushed off like that.

I feel like returning something I bought online was super hard. The website says to contact customer service for return steps, but I couldn't get through because their line was always closed when I called during the day. Recent car seat purchase
I'm really not happy with the customer service and the quality of the car seat I bought recently. The customer service team doesn't reply, and the car seat itself is not safe. My 17-month-old daughter can easily undo the seatbelt, and the app that should alert me didn't work. This is a big safety issue and defeats the purpose of having a safety feature. Also, the buckle on the car seat is not good quality, making it easy to open and putting my child at risk. Furthermore, my daughter's leg keeps getting stuck in the side plastic piece of the car seat, causing her distress and forcing me to stop and get her leg out safely. This has happened multiple times and it's not okay for a car seat to have design flaws that compromise safety. If I hadn't noticed my daughter unbuckling the seat while driving, it could have led to a serious injury or accident. Even though I contacted the company, I still haven't received any response about this concerning situation.
Breast pump purchase
So, I bought this breast pump and it was a total letdown. The suction was just not cutting it, so I decided to return it. I reached out to the company to see if I could swap it for something else or get a credit, and they ended up sending me a replacement. Unfortunately, the new one was just as disappointing. Same old issue with the suction. I tried to express my frustration and see if they could assist me, but they essentially said I was out of luck. I was hoping they would at least offer me some sort of credit towards another purchase, but they totally left me hanging with a useless pump. Not cool at all, you know?
