The company really doesn't care about consumer rights and legal duties. When my watch broke during the warranty period, I tried to get it fixed through Avi-8's process, but it didn't work. The watch kept breaking even after several repairs. I should have gotten a full refund under UK Consumer Rights law, but Avi-8 didn't want to admit their responsibilities. They stopped replying to my emails and legal letters, which was unprofessional and they didn't seem to care about their customers. I suggest that people don't buy their watches because they're not good quality and they don't support their products when things go wrong.

My device just stopped working, but thankfully I had a 1-year warranty. I reached out to customer support and they were super quick in sending me a replacement. It totally lifted my spirits, and I'm so thankful for the speedy service. The vibe itself is top-notch, and the videos from the brand are really steamy and fun. I bought a car seat from this company recently and I gotta say, their customer service has been a huge letdown. I tried to change the shipping address before they sent it out, but they were unresponsive and inefficient. I even tried to cancel the order before shipping but they wouldn't let me. The lack of communication and delay in giving me tracking info was a real pain. When the car seat finally arrived, I had to go out of my way to get it from the wrong address. Now, trying to return it, I'm getting the same poor service and lack of response. Needless to say, I won't be shopping with them again.

I talked to the chat support and they said they don't have templates, but they actually do. It's tough to figure out which ones you can customize and which are just to show the size. They should make it simpler, like VistaPrint does. Even with all that, the products are awesome for the price. But the hassle sometimes makes me go with VistaPrint instead.
