Broken watch, warranty issue
The company really doesn't care about consumer rights and legal duties. When my watch broke during the warranty period, I tried to get it fixed through Avi-8's process, but it didn't work. The watch kept breaking even after several repairs. I should have gotten a full refund under UK Consumer Rights law, but Avi-8 didn't want to admit their responsibilities. They stopped replying to my emails and legal letters, which was unprofessional and they didn't seem to care about their customers. I suggest that people don't buy their watches because they're not good quality and they don't support their products when things go wrong.
Cool watch but bad customer service
I recently got this new cool watch that winds up on its own. It looks really awesome, but it's super annoying because it gains like 5 minutes every day. I tried talking to the people at the store, but they didn't seem to care at all. And the warranty I bought is basically useless. Definitely won't be shopping there again, obviously!
Black Ops Atlas Dual Time timepiece
I picked up the Black Ops Atlas Dual Time watch from this store, and boy, let me tell you, it's the coolest watch I've ever owned! The watch face is incredibly detailed and colorful, making it really stand out. It has a bunch of dials and hands in different colors, giving it a super cool aviation-inspired style. The strap is sturdy leather and the case is square with a red button at 2 o'clock. Every time I wear this watch, people are always asking me about it because it's just that awesome!
