Avi-8 - Reviews and experiences

The company really doesn't care about consumer rights and legal duties. When my watch broke during the warranty period, I tried to get it fixed through Avi-8's process, but it didn't work. The watch kept breaking even after several repairs. I should have gotten a full refund under UK Consumer Rights law, but Avi-8 didn't want to admit their responsibilities. They stopped replying to my emails and legal letters, which was unprofessional and they didn't seem to care about their customers. I suggest that people don't buy their watches because they're not good quality and they don't support their products when things go wrong.

I recently got this new cool watch that winds up on its own. It looks really awesome, but it's super annoying because it gains like 5 minutes every day. I tried talking to the people at the store, but they didn't seem to care at all. And the warranty I bought is basically useless. Definitely won't be shopping there again, obviously!

The strap is sturdy leather and the case is square with a red button at 2 o'clock. Every time I wear this watch, people are always asking me about it because it's just that awesome!
