    Diver's watch

    I purchased a diver's watch from this store recently, and I gotta say, I was super disappointed with how things went down. The specs they had on their website were way off, and even after I told them about it, they didn't bother fixing it. I tried hitting them up through their "Contact us" thing on the website a bunch of times, but they kept saying they never got my messages. It wasn't until I had to get Paypal involved that they finally paid attention and fixed the mistakes. Their attitude towards customer feedback was so annoying and unprofessional. It shouldn't have to come to a customer filing a dispute for a store to fix their errors.

    I ordered a watch from them and it seriously took forever for it to finally show up in the mail. The guy I chatted with, Eric, was a total jerk and didn't even bother trying to assist me. He was just being all sketchy and unhelpful. Luckily, I have protection on my credit card, so they won't be able to pull a fast one on me!

    Bertucci watch purchase

    There were so many watches to choose from and the prices were really great. The shipping costs were pretty reasonable, especially for someone in Australia. The picture of the watch looked pretty accurate. It would have been nice to know exactly where it was made though - like, the movement is Japanese but the case is Chinese. They also didn't mention how big the watch was, which would have been helpful to know. I might order from WatchCo again, but I don't think I'll go for another Bertucci after learning this stuff.

    Sunglasses purchase

    Just ordered some sunglasses from The Watch and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with the service. I placed my order, but then got an email later on saying they were actually out of stock. Why didn't the website let me know that before they took my money? Not impressed with that move. And to top it off, I've sent two emails now trying to cancel my order and still haven't gotten a credit or email confirming the cancellation. They did try to offer me a similar product for the same price, but come on, who wants something that's been touched and tried on by other folks? Definitely not feeling great about this whole situation.

    My order got cancelled out of nowhere, which left me high and dry without the gift I was planning to give. The lack of communication on their part is just not cool. And when I reached out to them to express how bummed I was, they didn't even try to make things right or come up with any solutions.

    Stolen birthday gift

    Went out to find a watch for my daughter's birthday. Thought I found the perfect one, but it never showed up. Dealing with customer service was a letdown, they weren't much help and kind of brushed me off. Left me feeling frustrated and like I got scammed. Not a fun time for sure.

    Smooth order process, international transaction, currency conversion issue

    My experience ordering online went pretty smoothly. Soon after I got confirmation of my order though, my bank in Australia flagged my credit card for possible fraud. That got me worried and I'd like some assurance that my transaction was safe and went through without any problems. Also, I was caught off guard when I found out the prices on my order were in American Dollars. When I converted it to Australian Dollars, I ended up paying more than I expected. It would have been nice if they had made it clear that all prices shown online for us Aussies were in American Dollars, so I wouldn't be so surprised by the final total.

    My experience with this company was super frustrating, eh? I ordered a watch and had to wait over a month with no updates or communication on where my order was at. I sent a bunch of emails looking for info, but all I got back were vague responses and promises to "check on it." After going back and forth for weeks, the company suddenly told me they were canceling my order because my credit card company flagged something fishy. I was totally surprised because my credit card never told me about any weird activity. It's disappointing that the company didn't bring this up with me earlier if they knew about it. Overall, the lack of transparency and communication made the whole thing pretty disappointing, eh?

    I just bought something from The Watch and it didn't go well. I returned a package and they said they couldn't find it until I gave them the tracking info. The customer service was pretty bad and now I don't really trust this company. There are plenty of good watch companies out there, but I wouldn't suggest this one.

    The folks at the store have been amazing at fixing up the bracelets on my watches. They've always been super nice, helpful, and willing to make sure I'm happy with their work.     Slow Shipping, No Insurance

    So, after waiting what felt like forever, I finally got my watch. But it wasn't even how I wanted it to be, and when I let them know, they took so long to get back to me. Eventually, they said I could send it back, but honestly, I don't trust them anymore. They don't even offer insurance for lost items. What would happen if my package never arrived? And to top it off, the strap on my watch was messed up right out of the box - not cool at all.

    Premium shipping order

    I shelled out a lot of money for the premium shipping, thinking my order would be here in no time. But no such luck - my item wasn't even processed until ten days after I ordered it, and it didn't show up until way past Christmas. And on top of that, there was supposed to be an instruction manual in the package, but it was nowhere to be found. I'm really let down by how everything went down and I don't think I'll be coming back to shop here again.

    I recently bought a watch from this store and I have to say, it wasn't the best experience. The website said it would be shipped through USPS priority mail, but it actually came from Amazon, which was a surprise. When I asked about it, I didn't get much help. And to top it off, the watch had a defect when it arrived, so I made a video to show them. Unfortunately, they couldn't watch the video no matter how many times I tried sending it in different ways. I also mentioned that it was a Seiko watch and the warranty card was empty, which wasn't right for an authorized dealer. Overall, the customer service was lacking and I was left feeling pretty disappointed with the whole thing.

    Quick delivery, excellent service, bonus gift

    I recently bought a watch from this store and I was totally blown away by the whole thing. It took only 24 hours from ordering to getting it in my hands. The service was amazing, a really friendly person helped me over the phone to place my order and payment. The watch was exactly like they said it would be and the packaging was awesome. And on top of that, they gave me a bonus gift of a watch box and a 10% discount. I was super happy with my whole experience at this store.
