Floral delivery delayed by a day
I was grateful for the phone call reminder from the company about my flower delivery. It was supposed to arrive on Thanksgiving, but ended up being a day late. I think they shouldn't have promised a delivery on such a busy day. A more realistic estimated date like Friday would have been better. Even with the delay, the company did keep me updated on my order, which I liked. Overall, I appreciate their effort.

Quick delivery, excellent service, bonus gift
I recently bought a watch from this store and I was totally blown away by the whole thing. It took only 24 hours from ordering to getting it in my hands. The service was amazing, a really friendly person helped me over the phone to place my order and payment. The watch was exactly like they said it would be and the packaging was awesome.
