Buyin' a fancy toy
In our line of work, customer service is key. I ran into a small problem with my purchase, but the people at this store were on the ball and fixed everything right away. Their friendly and fast service made a big impression on me, and I'm grateful for how smoothly everything turned out. Good customer service like that is hard to find these days, so props to them!
Ora 2 vibrator
My time with the Ora 2 vibrator was really disappointing. I was hoping for something amazing, but instead, it was frustrating and just not good. The design is boring, the battery dies quickly, and it's so loud! I wouldn't suggest this to anyone wanting a good time.
Personal massager purchase
The products and services from this company were just terrible. Despite being fancy and expensive, the quality was really not up to par. The power of the first product couldn't be increased at all, and the second product came with a small bag that it couldn't even fit into properly, along with a "universal charger" that barely fit in at all. The instructions didn't mention important electrical info that should have been there. When I contacted customer service about these problems, they were dismissive and said no one else had complained. Not caring about customer satisfaction is just not right, especially when it involves potentially dangerous electrical parts. The second product also had a faulty "down" button that made it randomly turn off at bad times. I was very disappointed with the products and the terrible customer service I got after spending over £200.

I found the website navigation to be really tough. After lots of searching, I finally found what I was looking for - a set of silicone Ben wa balls. But the silicone material broke pretty fast, which was a letdown. I tried to find replacement parts on the website, but they were not available. It's not just about the product quality, it's also not good for the environment and feels like a waste.
