My favorite toy stopped working after 3 years, so I contacted customer service for help. Valerija was amazing throughout the whole process. She helped me with registering my product, guided me through filing a warranty claim (which Lelo offers for 10 years!), and personally took care of the claim every step of the way. Having someone like her to help with the problem made everything easy and stress-free. I also really appreciate the generous 50% discount on my replacement toy. I've been a loyal customer of this brand since 2020 and have even given their products as gifts to friends, who all love them.
