I just bought a really good product from this company and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the whole experience. The product I got was even better than I expected and the quality is amazing. Camera cage and side handle
So I bought this camera cage and side handle from the store not too long ago. But it's been like three weeks now, and I haven't heard a peep about my order. No updates, no tracking info, no responses to my messages - nothing. I was getting pretty frustrated, so I had to get Paypal involved and file a dispute to try and sort things out. Finally, the store decided to reach out to me after I made a fuss, saying they'll send the items and asking me to cancel the dispute. They even offered me some newer products as a way to make it up to me. I've had good experiences with this store in the past, but this whole situation has got me wondering if they're really as reliable and customer-friendly as I thought.

Gift card mishap
So yeah, I had this gift card that was worth a hundred dollars and ended up losing it! I was so upset, felt like crying, you know? But then I decided to email them and sent a picture of my receipt. And you know what? They managed to find my code and saved the day! And on top of that, I had bought some jeans with another card, but then I found my lost gift card and they let me use it to rebuy the jeans. Oh, and I asked them to hem the jeans and they did it super quick, like some kind of magic!

Now looking back after a year, we're so thankful for how much easier it's made things for us. The variety of services they offer has really set us up well for remote work in the future. Dark chocolate thick egg filled with chocolate treats
The dispatch and delivery were so fast, and they kept us in the loop the whole time. The dark chocolate egg was so thick and packed with delicious chocolate treats inside, it tasted amazing and looked so fancy. The tray of chocolate quail eggs for our anniversary night was a lovely touch, but I don't know if I want to share them. All in all, the service and product from this place were top-notch.
