    The service from this company is so disappointing. Every time I try to reach their customer service team, it's a mess - they're incompetent and unprofessional. They always mess up customer problems and question everything the customers say. And don't get me started on the surprise bills that keep popping up.     These folks have been amazing for me for about 10 years now. They're always reliable with their service. It's like having my own mailroom without having to go anywhere.     This review of the mail service was pretty useful but it did sound a bit rehearsed. We did face some technical issues when we first met with one of their employees, which probably could have been sorted out beforehand. Thankfully, the employee was able to fix the problem later on. All in all, I'm eager to give their services a try.

    So, like, I signed up for this mail forwarding thing in December 2021, but pretty soon I saw it wasn't working out for me. I tried to cancel it and told the post office to stop forwarding my mail, but I kept getting charged for another six months. Trying to cancel was a real headache, and they even sent me pics of mail that shouldn't have been forwarded in the first place. Like, I get the idea of the service, but the way they handled it and their customer service was pretty disappointing, eh.

    So yeah, I signed up for this mail forwarding service and everything was fine until I realized they send all my mail to Oregon for processing. Seriously, why Oregon? I have an address in NYC, so why send it there? And then it takes like forever to get my mail back, like 5-7 business days! That's just too long, why can't they just send it right away? It's not cool at all, dude!

    I tried out a mail forwarding service that seemed like a good idea at first. I signed up for a plan that would send my mail to different addresses, both for personal and business use. I moved all my mail stuff to the Orlando address they gave me, but then they surprised me by saying I couldn't use that address anymore. It was a real headache dealing with them for months after that, because they couldn't find a good solution and I had to figure things out on my own. Just when I thought everything was sorted out, they told me about another address change, causing me even more hassle. The way they handle negotiations with their partner locations, putting customers like me in a tough spot, only makes their service more frustrating and unreliable.

    I enrolled in the service more than 2 months ago, hoping it would help me with my mail. But to be honest, it's been a complete nightmare. I've done everything they told me to do, but I still haven't received any of my mail online. I've been waiting anxiously for important checks, but they haven't shown up. The customer service team has been useless in helping me find out where my mail is in the system. If you want a good way to manage your mail, don't choose ECM because it's definitely not reliable or efficient.

    Nonprofit customer mail service

    Our little non-profit has been super happy since we started using Earth Class Mail in early 2020. Even before COVID hit, we were using it, but in March 2020, we decided to go all in and have all our mail go through them. It's been a game-changer for us, especially with everyone working from home. Now looking back after a year, we're so thankful for how much easier it's made things for us. The variety of services they offer has really set us up well for remote work in the future. We're grateful for Earth Class Mail helping us adjust to this new way of working, and for the awesome service they provide.
