Broken zipper
What a terrible experience with this company, eh? I bought a jacket and the zipper pull just broke right off, eh. I contacted their customer service, gave them all the info they needed and even sent photos, and they said they'd send a replacement. But it's been two weeks, and I haven't heard anything! So I reached out again, and got the same disappointing result, eh. The rep was so rude and unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company, eh!

Bud MacFarlane Jr. Trilogy books
I got the books in amazing shape and fast. I'm so excited to start reading these exciting stories again. "Pierced by the Sword" and "House of Gold" will be awesome additions to my collection, along with "Conceived Without Sin." Sadly, I misplaced my original copies after lending them out and forgetting who borrowed them!

Issue with sensors
I've been having a lot of problems lately with my door and window sensors. They keep going off for no reason, and I think it might be because the batteries are old. Because of this, my alarm hasn't been working for weeks, which kind of defeats the whole point of having a security system. On top of that, my cameras keep going offline too, which is really frustrating. I used a different security company for 3 years before and never had any issues like this.
