I had a problem with this company where they made the server renewal and charged me even though I had turned off the auto-renewal. I contacted their support team about it, but they only canceled the server and didn't give me a refund. I'm really disappointed with how they handled this, so I'd advise others to be careful when dealing with this company.

The Albany Park sectional delivery was a total disaster. When the boxes arrived, they were in terrible shape - ripped, holes everywhere, and parts of the sofa were sticking out. It looked like someone purposely messed up the packaging. It's no wonder that two out of the six pieces were damaged. Albany Park sent replacements, but same thing happened again - the new packages were torn and messed up. Even the UPS driver was surprised by how bad it was, saying it was the worst he'd ever seen. Even though the customer service was quick to send replacements, the offer of only $75 for a damaged arm rest on a $2,000 couch was just not good enough. Overall, the whole thing was disappointing and frustrating.

I ordered something on November 25th and they charged me right away. But I didn't hear anything about shipping or even get an order confirmation until just before Christmas. Plus, I didn't get everything I ordered but they kept bugging me with emails to buy more stuff. I had to complain to PayPal just to get half of my order. And now it's January 2nd and I still only have one of the two things I ordered.

I tried that Love UR Curls All in One Wavy Step 3 product and it just made my hair look so greasy and flat! I used it a few times and my scalp started feeling itchy and irritated. It was such a pain to wash out and now my hair is falling out! I'm pretty sure there are some harsh chemicals in it. I will definitely not be using LUS products again after this bad experience.

OMG, I bought these awesome accessories for my Steam Deck and they are amazing! I got a skin, case, travel guard, and tempered glass. The quality is top-notch, even though I struggled a bit with putting on the skin, it still fit perfectly and was easy to install. And they even give you an extra tempered glass - how cool is that? I will definitely be buying from them again for all my tech needs.

Two years ago, there were problems with my order, but they at least responded to my email and tried to fix things. This year, it was even worse. Nothing went right with the delivery, and now they won't even respond to my emails. They didn't even say sorry. The quality of the product was also not good, definitely not worth what I paid. I won't be ordering from them again and I won't recommend them to anyone.

I've been having a lot of problems lately with my door and window sensors. They keep going off for no reason, and I think it might be because the batteries are old.
