My mom and I ordered our favorite cookies and gingerbread on September 1, 2021. We paid with PayPal that day and expected them to arrive on November 2nd. However, it's already November 5th and we still haven't received our cookies! My mom spoke to their customer service representatives and they blamed it on a DHL issue?! Seriously, what is that all about? They didn't even apologize. It has been 7 days and we still haven't received any cookies or updates. This is really frustrating.

What a rip-off! I ordered three packages and two of them came all smashed up. When I called to complain, they didn't even bother to get back to me. And to top it off, they have the nerve to advertise on their website that they offer top-notch quality and great service. What a laugh!

My family has been loving the German Christmas treats from this store for as long as I can remember. The quality is always amazing, especially the Elisen variety. Even though it can be a bit pricey, we think it's worth it for the top-notch quality. Ordering online is easy and the delivery is fast and on point. Merry Christmas to all!

I've been buying Lebkuchen from this company every year for a long time, both for myself and to send to family and friends. But recently, my experience has been really disappointing. Two years ago, there were problems with my order, but they at least responded to my email and tried to fix things. This year, it was even worse. Nothing went right with the delivery, and now they won't even respond to my emails. They didn't even say sorry. The quality of the product was also not good, definitely not worth what I paid. I won't be ordering from them again and I won't recommend them to anyone.
