Lebkuchen Schmidt - Reviews and experiences

My mom and I ordered our favorite cookies and gingerbread on September 1, 2021. We paid with PayPal that day and expected them to arrive on November 2nd. However, it's already November 5th and we still haven't received our cookies! My mom spoke to their customer service representatives and they blamed it on a DHL issue?! Seriously, what is that all about? They didn't even apologize. It has been 7 days and we still haven't received any cookies or updates. This is really frustrating.

I've been buying Lebkuchen from this company every year for a long time, both for myself and to send to family and friends. But recently, my experience has been really disappointing. Two years ago, there were problems with my order, but they at least responded to my email and tried to fix things. This year, it was even worse. Nothing went right with the delivery, and now they won't even respond to my emails. They didn't even say sorry. The quality of the product was also not good, definitely not worth what I paid. I won't be ordering from them again and I won't recommend them to anyone.

I was so excited to order some delicious cookies, but they never arrived! I waited and waited, but they were a total no-show. So I reached out for a refund, but they didn't give me my money back as they said they would in their policies. I'm really disappointed and feeling sad.
