Got some cool pants
I ordered these pants online 'cause they looked really cool, but when they showed up, they were totally different. The zipper sucks and the material feels cheap. I tried reaching out to customer service, but nobody's got back to me yet.
Zipper repair
I melted the zipper on my jacket by accident and had to send it in for repair. The customer service I got was really amazing. The staff knew what they were doing and helped me out with getting it fixed. And the best part? They didn't even charge me for the repair and sent it back to me quickly. I'm super happy with how everything turned out and I'll definitely be going back to them in the future.
New store purchase
I bought something at the store the other day and I was pretty upset about their new policy on checking military IDs. I've been shopping there since the '80s and now I'm thinking twice about sticking with them. It's annoying that they don't let us show our military ID at the counter anymore - now they want us to use some outside "verification" service that makes me worry about my privacy. It seems like they care more about making money than keeping our trust and info secure.
Work gloves purchase
I just bought a pair of work gloves at this store, thinking they'd be good for outdoor jobs. But I wasn't happy with them - they felt cheap and not very comfy. I thought a well-known brand would be better. Turns out, a cheaper brand at a different store was much better quality and way more comfortable.
Work boots purchase
The service at this store was just terrible. I went in hoping to find some good work boots, but the workers were too busy laughing and playing on their phones to help me out. When I finally asked for assistance, they barely even noticed me before going right back to their phones. It was really unprofessional and they didn't seem to care about helping customers at all.
Broken zipper
What a terrible experience with this company, eh? I bought a jacket and the zipper pull just broke right off, eh. I contacted their customer service, gave them all the info they needed and even sent photos, and they said they'd send a replacement. But it's been two weeks, and I haven't heard anything! So I reached out again, and got the same disappointing result, eh. The rep was so rude and unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company, eh!
Cotton Work Gloves
I bought a pair of cotton work gloves from this store not too long ago. I thought they would fit since they were one-size-fits-all, but they ended up being too small for my hands. I tried to stretch them out but they were still uncomfortable to wear for a long time. When I reached out to customer service about it, they weren't very helpful and didn't give me a solution. I was let down by the inaccurate description and the lack of support from the customer service team.
Jacket with hole in pocket
So listen, I snagged this jacket and just a week later, the pocket straight up got a massive hole in it! Can you believe that? I only kept my phone in there and now it's wrecked. Nope, never shopping at that place again, you guys are the worst.
Waterproof jacket purchase
Eh, so the waterproof jacket I bought ended up being a dud. I was kind of let down by the quality of it, especially considering how much I forked out for it. The material wasn't as tough as I thought, and it started leaking after only a few times wearing it. When I got in touch with customer service about it, they weren't much help and didn't really fix the issue. I was pretty ticked off and disappointed by the whole thing. Honestly, my whole experience with this purchase was a total bust, and I won't be going back to buy from them again, that's for sure.
Insulated overalls
I can't find any insulated overalls that fit anymore. They've changed the sizing and it's nearly impossible to get a pair that fits right. The company says they haven't made any changes, but that doesn't seem right to me. I need help finding a pair that fits properly, but the sizing options are so limited that it's not helping many customers.
Recent clothing purchase
I recently bought some clothes online and got the wrong size. When I reached out to customer service, they made me pay for the return, which cost a lot because it had to go all the way to the USA. Getting a refund was a headache - had to deal with tons of unnecessary questions through email. Overall, not impressed with the online store.
Black Friday order
I snagged some awesome deals on Black Friday but didn't end up getting my order. I was so excited for it, but it never arrived! To top it off, they charged my mom's credit card right away. So annoying, what a scam.
Winter purchase returned for refund
I recently bought something in the winter and unfortunately had to return it for a refund. It's been a total nightmare. I sent back the item in early January and it's now the end of February and I still haven't got my money back. Even though I gave them all the proof and info they needed, the company still hasn't processed my refund. The customer service folks have been helpful, but they can't seem to fix the problem. I had to reach out to my credit card company to try and sort things out. If you're thinking about shopping with this company online, I suggest steering clear because their refund process is a total pain.
Recent T-shirt Purchase
I bought a t-shirt recently and ran into a big problem with the delivery. Even though I got an email saying my order was on its way, turns out my t-shirt ended up in an outdoor recycling bin by mistake without me knowing. When I figured it out, it was already too late, and the recycling had been picked up, taking my t-shirt with it. I've been talking to a bunch of customer service agents, filling out forms, and trying to get a refund for something that wasn't my fault. The lack of communication and the slow progress in fixing this has been super frustrating, and it's really annoying that I've had to deal with all this for a simple delivery mix-up. I hope this gets sorted out soon and that they take steps to avoid this kind of thing in the future.
A vest
I bought a vest and after a few months there was a big hole in it, eh. I messaged them about it and they asked if I tried returning it through Amazon, eh. I said no cause it was too late, eh. They never answered me, eh! I even replied to my own message and still nothing, eh. So now I'm just talking to myself, eh. I've been wearing their stuff for 14 years so I know it's not supposed to tear like that, eh. They finally reached out and asked for my info and then never replied again, eh. It's like they don't really care about their customers at all, eh.
My winter jacket
I picked up this awesome winter jacket last year and honestly, at first, I wasn't too sure about it. But now, it's become my absolute fave! It's a little oversized, which is perfect cause I can easily layer it over my hoodie. And I always roll up the cuffs since it's a bit long on me. If only it had those snap side tabs they promised, then I could totally rock it with just a tee.
Storm Defender jacket purchase
So I recently bought this Storm Defender jacket in this gorgeous colour, and it fit me like a glove. I really needed a jacket that was both waterproof and tough for my outdoor job, and this one seemed perfect. But when I wore it out in a light rain for less than an hour, turns out it wasn't waterproof at all. It leaked on my arms, shoulders, and back, basically making me feel like I had on a regular old t-shirt. I reached out to the company, and they acted all shocked like they had no clue about any problems, even though there were tons of online reviews mentioning the same thing. Seems like the Gore-Tex layer inside the jacket might be the culprit here, which basically means they were kind of lying about it being waterproof.
Hoodie and work pants
I can't believe how terrible the customer service was from this company. I've never been treated so poorly by any other store. I ordered a hoodie and some work pants, and when I tried to return them, it was a total nightmare. They wouldn't give me a return label or tell me where to send my stuff back. They kept saying they would send the label, but it never happened. On top of that, it was hard to understand them on the phone because of their accents. Dealing with them was a total disaster. My credit card company had to step in to fix things, but it was painfully slow. Honestly, if I could, I would give them zero stars.
Workwear
I just bought some work clothes at the store and I have to say, I was really impressed with the quality and durability. They had a huge selection and I found exactly what I needed for work. The staff knew their stuff and were super helpful, which made the whole shopping trip easy and fun. I'm really happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be back for any more work clothes I need in the future.
