Winter purchase returned for refund
I recently bought something in the winter and unfortunately had to return it for a refund. It's been a total nightmare. I sent back the item in early January and it's now the end of February and I still haven't got my money back. Even though I gave them all the proof and info they needed, the company still hasn't processed my refund. The customer service folks have been helpful, but they can't seem to fix the problem. I had to reach out to my credit card company to try and sort things out. If you're thinking about shopping with this company online, I suggest steering clear because their refund process is a total pain.

DNA testing kit
I can't believe it, eh? Seriously, I'm so mad right now! So I bought this DNA testing kit, right? And then they charged me twice for this Premier service that my dad doesn't even want. I tried calling them and emailing them, but they just won't give me my money back. I've been their customer for so long and this is how they treat me? Not fair at all.

Rescue dogs, better prices than the USA
I wanted to check out this place because I heard great reviews from other pet owners. With all the recalls going on in the pet world, it's tough to know who to trust these days. But, I gotta admit, I've been pleasantly surprised with my experience here. The prices are way better than what I've seen in the States, which is great for my rescue pups. The products look good quality, and my furry pals seem to love them.
