    Bikini purchase for wife

    My partner and I bought a bikini from this company for her vacation last July. Unfortunately, the colors faded after just a week of wearing it. We've been trying to get a refund or replacement for the past 4 months with no luck. The customer service has been really bad, they keep asking for proof of purchase and then say they can't find the transaction even after showing evidence from my bank statement. They told us to go back to the store where we bought it, so we had to drive 300 miles to Bicester, only to deal with unhelpful and rude staff who weren't informed about the issue. This lack of responsibility and poor treatment of customers is not okay.

    Shopper bag with turtle design

    I just bought a cute shopper bag with turtles on it from a store in Marbella. When I asked about the price, they said it was €210. I was really excited at first, but then I decided to take off the turtle things and just get the bag. But the salesperson was kind of rude and snobby, which was a bummer. I didn't have enough time to ask for a refund and get my money back on my card before leaving.

    I bought an expensive swimsuit from this store and was really let down by the customer service. Even though I spent a lot of money, I was surprised to learn that they no longer give a little travel bag with their products. When I asked about getting one, they said I didn't reach the $500 spending limit, so I couldn't get the bag. Their lack of understanding and refusal to help with a simple request made me feel unappreciated as a customer. I won't be shopping there again because of their bad customer service.

    Hey there,

    I wanted to chat with you about the swim trunks I bought from your company. I was pretty let down with the quality of the product. The material felt really cheap and the stitching was not done well. On top of that, I had a not-so-great experience with one of your customer service reps.     Repairing special edition pairs

    After having a few special edition pairs of swimwear from this brand for many years, I needed to get the elastic bands fixed. So, I contacted customer service for some help. But, they said they couldn't check if the items were real from pictures and wanted proof of purchase. It was really annoying cause who keeps receipts for stuff bought 10 years ago? In my experience, no other brand has ever asked for that kind of proof for repairs or to check if something is real. Their customer service not being understanding or flexible was really disappointing. It made me feel like they didn't value me as a long-time customer. It's too bad that a brand that's so well-known would mess up in that way.

    I went to that store in Bicester recently, and let me tell you, the service there was just awful. Most of the employees at the shopping village were nice and helpful, but the person at that store had such a bad attitude. It seemed like she didn't even want to be working there, and it felt like we were just annoying her by being customers. Because of that, my family and I decided to go shop somewhere else. The service we got there was really terrible, and it's too bad that it ruined our whole shopping trip.

    Bermuda shorts, Vilebrequin shop, quality issues

    I bought some Bermuda shorts from a popular swimwear store, but I was really bummed out because three out of the six shorts were in pretty bad shape. The quality just wasn't up to par, which was surprising coming from that brand. When I tried to talk to the staff about it, they didn't really seem to care. They said they would look into it, but I could tell they were more interested in making money than helping customers out.

    Tight item lost in post return

    I am so disappointed with the customer service here after I returned something and the courier lost the package. It's been two months and I still haven't gotten my refund. I haven't heard anything from them, no updates at all, just silence. This kind of service is completely unacceptable. I won't be shopping at this online store again, that's for sure.

    I recently bought my husband a pair of shorts as a Christmas gift before our trip to Thailand. Unfortunately, the shorts started to change colour quickly, even though they were supposed to be perfect for the sunny and watery weather there. When I contacted Customer Support with all the details and some photos, their service was pretty disappointing. It took them 11 days to reply, and all they told me was to return the shorts to a store for them to check. This whole process went on for weeks, with no solution in sight. The way they kept blaming others and not taking responsibility was so frustrating and not professional at all. I've been a big fan of this brand for a long time, but this experience was really bad and I doubt I'll buy from them again.

    Rust stains on swim shorts

    I was ticked about finding rust stains from those metal thingies on my swim trunks, but the folks in customer service totally blew me off. I was so surprised and disappointed by how bad the product was and that the company didn't take any responsibility. I won't be buying anything from them again, that's for sure.
