I am so upset about the stuff I bought from this site. The return process has been a total nightmare - weeks of back and forth and still no solution in sight. Customer service is just awful, and they're hitting me with crazy high postage fees that I won't get back in full. They even mentioned a big chunk would be taken out for shipping when they refund me, so returning my £100 order doesn't seem worth the trouble. The most they've offered is a lousy 20% partial refund, which is just ridiculous.

The NFHS Network subscription is a really useful way to keep up with what's going on in high school sports and events all over the country. You can watch all sorts of things on there, like games, band performances, and graduation ceremonies. Being able to watch stuff live or whenever I want is super handy, especially when I'm busy. The video quality is usually pretty good, but every now and then there are some annoying lags or buffering problems. But overall, the NFHS Network has been a great way for me to show some love for my local schools and stay connected to the community by watching high school events.
