    Outdoor camera

    I bought an outdoor camera from this company about a year ago, and at the beginning, I was pretty happy with the quality, especially for the price. But then, right after the warranty ended, the camera started acting up at night. It looks like the LED lights on the camera stopped working, so now it's useless as a night cam. It still works during the day, but I'm bummed that it crapped out so soon.

    This company is just terrible! I bought a trail camera from them, but it stopped working after a bit. I tried to reach out to customer support, but can you believe it, there's no phone number listed anywhere! All I could find was an email address, so I sent them a message about my problem a month ago, but do you think they ever got back to me? Nope, not at all! It's like they don't care about their customers. I'm so frustrated and let down. How do they even manage to stay in business without decent customer service? I've had enough; time to find a different company that actually values its customers.

    I got a dash cam, eh. It keeps resetting the date and time every morning, which is pretty annoying, you know? I tried reaching out to support twice, but didn't hear back from them. According to the reviews, they say to avoid this brand, so maybe it's time to look for a different one, eh?

    Dash Cam purchase

    I bought a Dash Cam that was working great for the first 10 months, but then the suction cup suddenly broke. I contacted customer service to try and get a replacement under warranty. After waiting for 3 months, I was told they couldn't send me a new part or give me any money back. To top it off, the company was no longer selling on Amazon, making things even more frustrating. Instead of owning up to the faulty product, they basically told me to deal with Amazon for reimbursement. This whole situation has left me feeling really let down and not happy with their service at all.

    Faulty dashcam and wiring

    I bought a dashcam and wiring from this company, but the dashcam ended up being defective. When I tried to return it for a replacement or refund, the customer service was really bad. They kept asking for my address, saying they didn't have it, and then closed the case without fixing the problem. Even after I tried reaching out to them multiple times, they ignored my messages. I had to open a PayPal case to try and get my money back, but that also didn't work out. All in all, it was a terrible experience dealing with this company.

    I bought a dashcam from this company and I was really let down by their service. When I tracked my order, I found out that it had been sent back to the sender probably because of a wrong address. I emailed them but got no reply. I also messaged them on Facebook but still didn't get a response. It's disappointing how they handle customer problems like this, it makes me question how they would handle a product problem down the line. I'm definitely not going to buy from them again.

    I bought a pack of 4 security cameras and, eh, after just 1 month, 2 of them crapped out on me completely. I couldn't watch any videos or anything like that.     Incomplete order, missing remote control

    I bought something from this company not too long ago, eh. But when my order arrived, it was missing the remote control, which was a total bummer. I did what they said and sent it back, and even had to pay for the return shipping, eh. They were supposed to send me a new one with everything included, and refund me for the return shipping, eh. But, I haven't heard anything from them since. Feels like I got ripped off for more than $100, eh.
