I signed up for a lifetime deal subscription a few years ago and everything was going smoothly until recently. In April of this year, my account status suddenly changed, and I was asked to upgrade, even though I had already paid for a lifetime subscription. I have been trying to contact customer support through email and their live chat, but have not received any response. It's frustrating to see such a lack of communication and support from a company that I trusted with my subscription.
