Lifetime deal subscription
I signed up for a lifetime deal subscription a few years ago and everything was going smoothly until recently. In April of this year, my account status suddenly changed, and I was asked to upgrade, even though I had already paid for a lifetime subscription. I have been trying to contact customer support through email and their live chat, but have not received any response. It's frustrating to see such a lack of communication and support from a company that I trusted with my subscription.

Large TV purchase
I bought a big TV for over $2000 and then got hit with an extra $125 charge for set up. The guys they sent over were from Eastern Europe and seemed to have no clue what they were doing. They had to keep phoning their boss in their own language. Overall, it was terrible service right from the get-go.

Got a dash cam
I got a dash cam, eh. It keeps resetting the date and time every morning, which is pretty annoying, you know? I tried reaching out to support twice, but didn't hear back from them. According to the reviews, they say to avoid this brand, so maybe it's time to look for a different one, eh?

White Trashcan order mix-up
I ordered a white trash can, but they sent me a chrome one by mistake. When I reached out to customer service to fix it, I only got a message from a robot, no human contact. I tried to sort it out, but I couldn't talk to a real person, so I got frustrated. Their poor customer service and slow problem-solving made me choose to send the stuff back and not buy from them again.

Leather jacket
I just bought a leather jacket from this store. I really liked the jacket, but I was a bit let down by the shipping. It took longer than I thought, but I get it, it's probably because of the big sale happening. When I finally got the jacket, I saw that it was folded with the hanger, leaving a deep crease in the material. It was also really wrinkled when it arrived, which was a bit disappointing. Because of these things, I ended up giving the purchase 4 stars instead of 5.
