Looks good, no freebies

Saw it in an ad, told a friend; looked neat but there’s no free video feature — pretty misleading.

Late at first, sorted

I was skeptical—delivery seemed delayed, but customer service actually helped

Spotted it on a friend's post

Saw it on a friend's post, ordered quick — delivery was smooth, actually, customer service helped me twice, really nice.

Skeptic, now relieved

Skeptical at first — past vendor ruined a project; Ray fixed edits, feels solid, solid and easy to use

Pretty solid help

I hesitated to sign up, worried about account issues; helpdesk fixed it, yeah I use it daily.

Worth the quality, credits sting

I hesitated because of the fee and credits, a colleague tipped me. First saw it on LinkedIn. Quality surprised me, worth it for pros, still wish credits were higher.

Not worth the upgrade

Paid plan felt worse than free—video quality and scripts were poorer. Cancelled day one. I've had better results elsewhere, honestly.

Mid-project letdown

Started using it last month and thought it’d save time, but after paying about £35 I only got under ten short clips — felt cheap, editing clunky, not pro-grade, a bit disappointing.

Surprisingly decent pick

I was pacing at 2 a.m., needing a last-minute moving promo and expecting the worst after a previous bad tool. Tried this on a whim with low expectations. When the final clip played on my phone I actually smiled — simple, solid, did the job.

Small fix, decent outcome

Last time Sam sorted things out for me — quick, no fuss. The app and process felt straightforward to use, which I liked, unlike earlier runs where staff were grumpy and it dragged on. Sam actually helped with the details, polite and efficient, so I'm pleasantly surprised, honestly.

Locked out, again

I relied on this app for work and quick drafts, so getting locked out was a real pain — it told me to try again in 24 hours. For an AI company I'd expect smarter security and clearer fixes. It still helps with writing, though, so I'm cancelling for now, reluctantly, to be honest.

Credits issue and slow renders

I started using InVideo a few weeks ago to make a short promo video and at first it looked promising. But it kept asking for extra credits even though I had a paid subscription, and rendering was painfully slow — like, really slow. Kept trying, kept failing, and it got frustrating. I'm asking for a refund; not something I'd trust again.

Quiet relief

It hit me two days after I started using it — I was finally okay with it. I’d signed up to help with a move and to avoid lifting because of a bad back, so I needed something that just worked. The app was clunky at first, credits kept popping up and the voice-overs were messy and hard to follow, but after I pushed through and they issued a partial refund the content became workable and one of the voices actually got clearer, weirdly. Not perfect, but serviceable for my needs.

Learning the hard way about credits

copy-paste answers, “policy” this, “policy” that, and no clear complaint path. I’m glad I didn’t sink more time in, and the partial refund helped, but my initial doubts weren’t really eased. Not great if you’re new and expect transparent testing.

Kinda works, but the credits sting

I started using this around nine months ago. At first it was simple and actually did what I wanted. Then I bumped into the credits thing as I used it more. They keep pushing upgrades and extra credits like it's just normal. Upgrades are confusing. The AI trips over spelling now and then, which was a bit annoying — and fixing it costs more credits. Support is mostly a bot and not super helpful. Still, the core function gets the job done, so I’m sticking with it for now.

Delivery and support redeemed it

16 for no reason. Kinda frustrating at first, and it slowed me down. That said, customer support was great: I opened a ticket and they replied same day, walked me through a workaround and tweaked a setting that fixed the worst stuff, so I was relieved. Download/activation was instant too, which helped me hit a deadline. It still feels a little beta-y now and then and the price is up there, but fast delivery and helpful service really saved the day, honestly — would recommend with some caveats.

Short wins, long frustrations

there was a moment, maybe the third try, where a short clip finally matched my brief (timing, mood, even the jazzy backing) and I actually felt relieved — surprised, even — like, okay, this could work for throwaway social stuff. But that was the exception. Most of the time it ignored details, added random animals, or replaced what I asked with close-ups that made no sense. Editing felt fragile; fixes sometimes erased my whole prompt and costs extra credits every time (ugh). I’m honest — it’s fun for fast, casual stuff and once in a while it nails the vibe. For anything precise or client-facing, no. I’ll keep using it for drafts but plan to switch to other tools for final work.

Relief came when Ray actually fixed it

I was staring at my frozen project for what felt like forever — the editor kept crashing and saying “try again,” over and over. I’d been messing with the video for hours, trying different browsers, refreshing, the usual, and got that sinking feeling. I reached out to support and was told someone would reply in a few hours. Three hours later I checked back, saw SAM in yellow and... crickets. For what I’m paying, I expected quicker help, honestly. I was ready to cancel and walk away from all these AI video tools. Then Ray showed up. He read my messages, fixed the bug, answered my questions (calmly, no rush) and even refunded $25. That’s the moment I went from fed up to actually relieved — really grateful, even. First impression was “cool but flaky,” and that didn’t change until Ray made it right. So yeah, still think support needs to be faster and pricing feels steep, but Ray saved the day and I’m glad I reached back out.

Pizza-metaphor gone digital

the AI'll often get you something that's close enough to use, like the tone and pacing are usually fine, but it misses the one thing you actually asked for. And then you hit regenerate and — surprise — you're billed again for their miss. It's the part that annoys me most, honestly. I don't think they're scamming people, I really don't; it feels like a tool still finding its feet. I use it for quick social posts and the occasional family montage; when it works, it's great and saves me time. But those mumbled narrations and random stock clips sneaking in mean I redo stuff, and credits add up. I remember seeing estimates: short clips cost less, new models a lot more, and with retries you can approach a shocking total. So yeah, useful, improving, but plan for imperfect output and a hit to the wallet if you like to tweak. Heads up if you make videos for work — keep an eye on regenerations.

Midway useful, but pricey for real AI

good enough for quick stock clips with an English AI voice, not great if you want proper AI-generated video. I started using it a few weeks ago and jumped in because the concept seemed helpful — an all-in-one tool sounded handy. First impression was: interface is decent, straightforward, and it actually does what it promises at a basic level. That said, the subscription cost hit hard right away. You get a monthly allotment of credits, but in practice those are usually only enough for one AI video, if that. We tried to generate a fully AI-rendered clip and the result looked off — odd movements, mistakes in syncing — nothing catastrophic but not natural either. When we asked for fixes, the team basically required more credits to correct things that felt like their errors, which rubbed me the wrong way. So the workflow becomes expensive quickly: subscription plus top-up credits. If you only need to stitch stock footage with an English AI voice-over, it’s fine — there are enough points included for volume. If you want genuine, polished AI video generation, this tool falls short and gets costly. A bit of a shame, because I liked the idea and some parts of the app are actually well done.
