I relied on this app for work and quick drafts, so getting locked out was a real pain — it told me to try again in 24 hours. For an AI company I'd expect smarter security and clearer fixes. It still helps with writing, though, so I'm cancelling for now, reluctantly, to be honest.

My experience with the recent software purchase has been really frustrating. At first, everything seemed fine, but as I kept using it, it started to become unreliable. I've spent so much time editing, only for the software to crash, lose my edits, change the voiceover without asking me, and waste time 'reconnecting' after I spent hours working on it. The release of version 2 has made things even worse – it's completely unresponsive and causes a ton of errors when I try to edit. I've had to publish videos without finishing the edits, which is not okay. While the customer support team does try to help, it's clear that they're overwhelmed with all the issues, especially since version 2 came out.

I am so frustrated with this video editing software, eh? I've been working on a bunch of projects for hours and all of a sudden, I can't add any more video clips to my canvas. Every time I try, the clips just keep bouncing to the side and won't stick to the main video I'm editing. I've reached out to support a few times now, and every time they take forever to fix it and give me a different excuse for the problem. I really need this software to work properly without these annoying issues. I know my stuff when it comes to editing, and I expect better performance from a video editing program, you know?
