I was skeptical—delivery seemed delayed, but customer service actually helped

Saw it on a friend's post, ordered quick — delivery was smooth, actually, customer service helped me twice, really nice.

Skeptical at first — past vendor ruined a project; Ray fixed edits, feels solid, solid and easy to use

I hesitated to sign up, worried about account issues; helpdesk fixed it, yeah I use it daily.

Last time Sam sorted things out for me — quick, no fuss. The app and process felt straightforward to use, which I liked, unlike earlier runs where staff were grumpy and it dragged on. Sam actually helped with the details, polite and efficient, so I'm pleasantly surprised, honestly.

16 for no reason. Kinda frustrating at first, and it slowed me down. That said, customer support was great: I opened a ticket and they replied same day, walked me through a workaround and tweaked a setting that fixed the worst stuff, so I was relieved. Download/activation was instant too, which helped me hit a deadline. It still feels a little beta-y now and then and the price is up there, but fast delivery and helpful service really saved the day, honestly — would recommend with some caveats.

So yeah, still think support needs to be faster and pricing feels steep, but Ray saved the day and I’m glad I reached back out.

So, I reached out to the senior support executive Kenny and he was so helpful in figuring out the problem. Thanks to him, I was able to solve the issue quickly and finish my video without any hiccups. InVideo is really user-friendly and I'm super pleased with how my video turned out, eh!
