My experience with the recent software purchase has been really frustrating. At first, everything seemed fine, but as I kept using it, it started to become unreliable. I've spent so much time editing, only for the software to crash, lose my edits, change the voiceover without asking me, and waste time 'reconnecting' after I spent hours working on it. The release of version 2 has made things even worse – it's completely unresponsive and causes a ton of errors when I try to edit. I've had to publish videos without finishing the edits, which is not okay. While the customer support team does try to help, it's clear that they're overwhelmed with all the issues, especially since version 2 came out.

I bought some video editing software from this company not too long ago and I gotta say, I was really impressed by the customer service. Any issues I ran into were resolved super quickly and the team member, Rex, that I dealt with was so efficient and helpful. The training they provided was easy to follow and they really took the time to make sure I grasped everything beyond just the basics. Overall, I'm really happy with how things went down with this company.

This software is such a pain to use. It's all clunky and doesn't listen to what you're telling it to do. Trying to delete or move things around is a headache. Even though you can add your own stuff or look for things within the program, it struggles to switch things out smoothly like it's supposed to. I probably would've been better off using Chat GPT for writing and Canva for finding media. I've spent way too much time on this and have very little to show for it.
