My recent purchase took way longer than I thought it would to get processed and delivered. Even though I asked for updates, I didn't get any info about the delay without having to bug someone first. It was pretty annoying not knowing what was going on, especially since I really care about getting things done quickly and dependably when it comes to service.

I bought a bag from VC not long ago and I wanted to make sure it was real. I paid a fee for authenticity, but a different company said the bag was actually fake. I'm pretty disappointed with VC because they didn't give me clear answers or proof, and now I'm starting to doubt if their products are genuine and if their marketing can be trusted.

I've been buying tea from this company for years, and let me tell you, their delivery is top-notch. Every order has been smooth sailing, and the tea blends are top quality. What really stands out is I've never had to reach out to customer service, which says a lot about how well they run things. They have such a great selection of teas, it's perfect for gifting to all the tea lovers in my life.

My Body Cardio scales just stopped working after only 4 years, barely even used them. Customer service couldn't fix them, just offered 50% off a new product that might not last either. Rod in customer service was somewhat helpful, but overall, not worth the money. Better off getting regular scales that are cheaper and last longer. Wouldn't recommend any of their products due to their poor quality service.

I ordered a coat that was on sale and I was so excited for it to arrive, only to find out over two days later that they didn't even have it in stock. There was this one seller though, who went above and beyond with their customer service. They actually gave me a refund and a sweet little apology note because some of the book's pages were messed up. It might seem small, but it really made me feel good about the whole purchase. Then there was another seller who blew me away with how quickly they delivered the brand new book I ordered. Overall, I had pretty different experiences with each seller, but most of my purchases left me feeling pretty happy.

I booked this hotel in Asia on Agoda 'cause it looked amazing online. But when we arrived, it was a complete disaster! They were renovating the place, no chance we could stay. We had to scramble to find another hotel at the last minute, super stressful. I explained everything to Agoda, and they said, "Sure, just send us the bill for the new place and we'll look into a refund." But then they kept transferring me to different departments, Booking.com, Agoda, back to Agoda. It was beyond annoying and I still haven't gotten my money back. So frustrated!

The other day, I had this issue with something I bought and it just wasn't working - my bad, haha! I decided to shoot them an email about it, not really thinking I'd hear back soon. But surprise, surprise, they got back to me super fast! They even managed to fix it within a few hours. How awesome is that!
