Order not received, poor customer service
I had the worst experience with this company, eh! I ordered over $500 worth of stuff and it never showed up. I tried contacting Customer Service so many times, but they never got back to me. I'm super disappointed and annoyed with how they handled things. I definitely won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.
Shipment issue, lack of response, dissatisfaction
I just made a purchase in early January and, oh man, I had the same problem as some other folks who left reviews. So as soon as I placed my order, they gave me a shipment number that didn't even work. I've sent them several emails trying to figure out where my order is, but haven't heard a peep back. Plus, I tried to use their chat link, but it wasn't even working. All this radio silence and not being able to track my order has left me feeling pretty let down with the whole situation.
Recent purchase - Terrible
Customer service was just awful. They won't budge on price adjustments, even if your order is still on its way. And forget about returning something that was shipped 15 days back, even if you only just got it yesterday. It's like the service agents are reading from a rulebook with no room for common sense or exceptions.
Christmas gift purchase
So, I did some Christmas shopping a while back and man, it was a disaster. The pants I got for my daughter just didn't fit right. I reached out to customer service in early January to try and return them for store credit, but it took them a painful 7 whole days to get back to me, and then they denied my request. I live in a pretty remote part of Ontario, so I like to start my gift shopping in November. This whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth. It's pretty obvious to me that Frank + Oak's customer service has taken a hit since they went bankrupt in 2020 and got bought out by a new American company. Judging by recent reviews, it seems like I'm not the only one who's noticed the drop in quality. Long story short, I'm steering clear of that store in the future.
Large order, missing package
I had a really bad experience with my last order from this company. I bought a bunch of stuff but it never showed up. When I got in touch with GoBolt, they told me my package got lost or stolen and I had to contact the company for a refund. I tried reaching out through email and Instagram multiple times, but all I got were automated messages and no actual help. The lack of communication and customer service from this company is super frustrating and disappointing.
$700 order never delivered
I'm really disappointed in how things went with this company. I ordered $700 worth of clothes, but the package never made it to my door even though it was marked as delivered. When I contacted customer service, they just told me to dispute the charge with my credit card company. It's been a real headache, though, because they keep fighting the dispute with the credit card company. They won't give me a refund or send the items again, so now I'm out a lot of money and have nothing to show for it. I can't believe how little they seem to care about their customers.
