    I bought some stuff from this online store recently, and I gotta say, the quality is amazing. I was really impressed with how well-made everything was and the little details in each item.     Bridesmaid dresses

    The bridesmaid dresses I ordered were really disappointing. The material felt so cheap and the stitching was done really poorly. On top of that, the customer service was seriously lacking in professionalism and responsiveness. I definitely suggest spending a bit more somewhere else for better quality dresses and service.

    My recent trip to the store in Covent Garden was not the greatest. The staff were really pushy and used high-pressure tactics that made me feel awkward. I couldn't even look at things without them trying to get me to buy something. The boss there even told the girl to ring me up before I even said I wanted anything. I don't like feeling pressured like that as a customer, it just made me uncomfortable. Even though I love Ayurveda, this experience has made me not want to go back to that store.

    Polarized sunglasses purchase

    I just got myself a pair of polarized sunglasses from Knine Outdoors and let me tell you, they're really impressing me with how good they are. The lenses are super clear and do a great job of blocking out any glare. The frame is really strong and looks like it's well put together, plus the design is pretty stylish while still being practical. I've taken them on a bunch of fishing trips already and they haven't let me down. I definitely suggest checking out Knine Outdoors if you need some top-notch eyewear for when you're outside.

    The customer service at this magazine subscription website is amazing. When I had a problem with my Farm and Ranch magazine, the customer service team dealt with it quickly and professionally. They talked to the publisher to fix the issue and make sure I can keep enjoying my subscription.     Online purchase experience

    My purchase experience was a real downer, eh? The customer service I got, whether online or in-store, was just terrible. The online rep wasn't much help at all, making it a real headache to try and swap my item in-store. And when I went to the store to swap it, the worker there straight up said no to my return or even giving me store credit, even though the online rep said I could swap it for a different size. The lack of teamwork and communication between the online and in-store teams is just not cool, eh? You can bet I won't be coming back to buy from this store again.

    Difficulty faxing document, great customer service from Glaiza

    I was having a hard time faxing a really important document and I was thinking about just cancelling my plan or account. But then, Glaiza came to the rescue and talked me into sticking around. She was so understanding and helpful during our chat. If I ever have to get in touch with the company again, I really hope Glaiza is the one who answers.
