Faulty product
I recently bought something but it ended up being broken, which was a letdown because I was excited to use it. I contacted customer service about it. I talked to a rep named Luzviminda R, who was super nice and understanding. She gave me a good discount to make up for it and said I could get a full refund if I wanted. What really surprised me was that she said I didn't have to send back the broken thing, and I could give it to charity or try to fix it myself. I'm really thankful for Luzviminda's amazing customer service.

Keratin treatment purchase
I'm so impressed with the keratin treatment I got from this company. My hair was in rough shape from straightening it every day, but now it's so soft, frizz-free, has lots of volume, looks healthy, and is actually growing. I started using a hairdryer brush instead of straightening it and the results are amazing. I just ordered more because I can't live without this product!

Lifetime Subscription
I got a 'Lifetime Subscription', but I haven't been able to use it because of an issue with my account. I've tried to contact support through email, phone, and online chat, but they haven't been available during their supposed hours. It's frustrating and disappointing to have spent so much on a product that I can't even use. The lack of help is not acceptable, especially considering how much the subscription cost. If this isn't fixed soon, I'll have to take it up with my bank. It's up to the company now to get in touch and sort this out.

The bridesmaid dresses I ordered were really disappointing. The material felt so cheap and the stitching was done really poorly. On top of that, the customer service was seriously lacking in professionalism and responsiveness. I definitely suggest spending a bit more somewhere else for better quality dresses and service.

My recent trip to the store in Covent Garden was not the greatest. The staff were really pushy and used high-pressure tactics that made me feel awkward. I couldn't even look at things without them trying to get me to buy something. The boss there even told the girl to ring me up before I even said I wanted anything. I don't like feeling pressured like that as a customer, it just made me uncomfortable. Even though I love Ayurveda, this experience has made me not want to go back to that store.

So, I recently bought this video editing software subscription to make some cool videos for my business. At first, I thought it was great with all its features and whatnot. But then, things went downhill pretty fast. The customer service was a nightmare and the pricing was all over the place. They jacked up the price without telling me and kept charging me the new rate for two whole years! When I tried talking to their customer service, all I got was crickets. It's like they don't care about being honest with their customers. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone because of their sketchy behavior and crappy customer service.

Unreliable customer service and confusing communication
I had such a bad time dealing with this company, eh. So my package got sent back because of some delivery problem, right. I tried to get help from customer service, and they asked for my info to send it again. But then they said they couldn't help because of some GDPR rules or whatever. When I asked for a refund, they gave me an email that wasn't even working. The lack of communication and useless answers just made me so annoyed and disappointed with the whole thing.

My purchase experience was a real downer, eh? The customer service I got, whether online or in-store, was just terrible. The online rep wasn't much help at all, making it a real headache to try and swap my item in-store. And when I went to the store to swap it, the worker there straight up said no to my return or even giving me store credit, even though the online rep said I could swap it for a different size. The lack of teamwork and communication between the online and in-store teams is just not cool, eh? You can bet I won't be coming back to buy from this store again.
