    Incorrect product issue

    So, I had a bit of a problem with the product I got from my order. Turns out, it wasn't right and I was pretty bummed about it. But instead of getting all worked up, I decided to shoot a message over to customer service through iMessage to see if they could help me out. And get this, I got a response back super quick from a rep named Ritchel. Ritchel was so helpful, totally got where I was coming from, and fixed everything up like a pro. Even though there was a hiccup with my order, I was super impressed with how fast and well they handled the situation. Big shoutout to Ritchel for all the help and awesome customer service!

    Order resolution with outstanding customer service

    The customer service at this store is really amazing, eh? I had a problem with my order not long ago and got help from a guy named Andrew. He was super friendly and fixed my issue quickly and with no hassle. I got a fast response and my problem was sorted out in no time. It's interactions like this that make me want to keep coming back as a regular customer, eh? Andrew's service went above and beyond what I expected and I'm really impressed with the great customer care at this store.

    Faulty item, customer service, out of stock

    So, like, I had this really crappy thing happen the other day. The delivery person left my package outside in the pouring rain, and basically everything inside got all wet. I had to lay it all out to dry, and then I found out one of the things was broken. I contacted customer service, and Cyril was a total gem. Even though they didn't have the item in stock, he was super helpful. I gotta say, I really appreciate the awesome customer service and help in sorting out this whole situation.

    I just got my order and was kind of bummed to see a hole in one of the items. But, I decided to chat with customer service and this awesome person named Casey helped me out. I sent over some pics of the messed up item and Casey quickly organized for a new one to be sent my way without any extra fees. I gotta say, I was really impressed with how fast and smoothly they handled the situation. Huge thanks to Casey and Prettylittlething for the top-notch service!

    Ripped pants refund

    So I ordered these super cute pants and when I tried them on, the zipper broke! Ugh, like seriously? I contacted customer service right away and they were actually really nice about it. I sent a pic of the damage and they processed a refund super quick. I mean, it only took like 2 days for everything to get sorted out. I was bummed that the pants broke, but at least they handled it well!

    cute dresses

    Oh my gosh, the dresses I got were adorable, but the sizes were way off! I typically wear a medium, but I had to get a large and it was still a bit snug. Thankfully, Caitlin C. from customer service was really helpful in helping me with the return process. I really hope they can sort out the sizing problem because the dresses were actually really nice quality.
