I'm not happy with the medical supplies I bought from your website. The colour of one item was wrong and the other one was too small. When I contacted customer service, they said they had to talk to the manufacturer before fixing the problem. But that doesn't work for me because I bought the stuff from you, not the manufacturer. I think your company should make sure I'm happy with what I bought.

Hey folks, I just picked up this really awesome bike helmet from a great store! It fits me perfectly, looks fantastic, and is super comfortable to wear. It keeps me safe when I'm biking with my buddies. Plus, the colors are cool and they totally match my bike. I'm absolutely loving it!

I just got my order and was kind of bummed to see a hole in one of the items. But, I decided to chat with customer service and this awesome person named Casey helped me out. I sent over some pics of the messed up item and Casey quickly organized for a new one to be sent my way without any extra fees. I gotta say, I was really impressed with how fast and smoothly they handled the situation. Huge thanks to Casey and Prettylittlething for the top-notch service!

So, my car broke down on the highway, and boy was I ever disappointed with the roadside assistance I got. The wait for the tow truck was way too long, and the person I talked to on the phone was no help at all. It was like I was just a number to them, they didn't give a darn about my situation. Then when the tow truck showed up, the driver was rude and made me feel like I was bothering him by needing help. I gotta say, the whole thing was a huge letdown and I wouldn't suggest this service to anyone.
