Carbon Road Bike
Hey, so I bought a carbon road bike from this shop not too long ago, and honestly, I have some mixed feelings about how it all went down. The process of ordering it was pretty simple and the website was easy to use. But, I was kinda let down by the fact that they weren't great at keeping me in the loop about where my order was at. I had to bug them a bunch of times just to get some info, which was annoying, to be honest. When my bike finally showed up, the packaging was all beat up, but luckily the bike itself was fine. The price was decent compared to other places, but I was hoping for better customer service, you know?
Bike gloves
So I bought a pair of bike gloves from here not too long ago, and honestly, I was pretty disappointed. The quality of the gloves was not great at all - they started falling apart after only a few uses. Plus, the sizing was totally off. Even though I checked the size chart on the website, they ended up being way too small. I had to go through the trouble of returning them, and let me tell you, it was a real pain. It took forever to get my money back, and the customer service was not helpful in the slightest. All in all, I wouldn't recommend getting bike gloves from this store.
