I just wanted to share about this great interaction I had with a customer service rep recently. I've been having a lot of problems with missing packages, which has been stressing me out. But then Sabina from customer service got in touch with me and quickly sorted everything out. She not only fixed the issue but also showed a lot of care and understanding. Sabina's help really turned my day around by relieving my stress and giving me a great customer service experience. I'm so thankful for her dedication in solving my problem.
