I suggest steering clear of this company, it's not worth the trouble.

Women's sandals
I recently bought a pair of women's sandals from this store and the experience was disappointing. I got a size W8 from Amazon at first and absolutely loved how comfy and supportive they were for my plantar fasciitis. So when I saw the same sandals on sale on the store's website, I didn't think twice and ordered another pair in the same size. But when I got them, I was shocked to see that they were shorter than my first pair. My heel was right at the end of the shoe, which was uncomfortable and annoying. Reservation mix-up
My recent stay at this place was a total disaster. I booked a room two weeks beforehand and made sure to specify my preferences - like wanting a non-smoking room away from the freeway, facing the front parking lot, and with a fridge. Despite confirming these requests with the reservation line, I ended up being given a handicapped room in the exact area I said I didn't want. The front office staff were not helpful or nice at all, insisting that I had reserved a handicapped room. After a lot of arguing, I had to pay extra for a different room that still wasn't what I had originally asked for. This new room was near the smoking area, under the stairwell where motorcycles parked, with mud from the rain and sprinklers seeping up to the door, and the noise from the freeway was just too much. This experience was nothing like my last positive stay at this place. When I contacted customer service, they weren't helpful at all and just asked for information they already had from my reservation. No one followed up or apologized for the mix-up. The whole thing really left a bad taste in my mouth, and I definitely won't be coming back.

Slow self-checkout
So today, I went to the store and there was only one person at the checkout, so I decided to use the self-checkout. The machine was running really slow and kept asking me to weigh items that didn't need weighing. I politely mentioned to the attendant that there seemed to be an issue with the machine, and they responded with "NO THERE IS NOT IT WAS WORKING PERFECTLY A MINUTE AGO." I found this response to be quite arrogant and unnecessary. It's like saying my tire wasn't flat a minute ago, but now it is. Overall, the experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I don't think I'll be going back there again.
