I was so disappointed with my purchase from this store. I spent $100 on a pair of slippers, thinking they would be comfy and well-made. But when I got them, they were as hard as a rock and super slippery, which is not safe to wear. I tried to return them in perfect condition, but they said no refunds or exchanges because they were on sale. After a lot of back and forth, they finally gave me store credit, but nothing else caught my eye. So now I'm stuck with slippers I can't wear and no way to get my money back. This whole thing has me thinking twice about shopping there again, I'll be taking my business elsewhere next time.

I've been using this one type of insole from a popular brand for a few years now to help my feet stay comfy while I golf four times a week. But, the brand decided to stop making them, and I was kind of stuck. So, I got in touch with The Insole Store for some help, and their customer service person got back to me right away with a good replacement suggestion. I just bought these PowerStep Archwear Sandals in a Men's size 9 from this store, eh? But when the package came, they sent me a size 7 instead, bud. I reached out right away with pics of the wrong size product and packaging, but even though they admitted their goof-up, they wouldn't swap it out or give me my cash back, eh. That's not cool at all, it's totally sketchy for a company to pull a stunt like that on their customers, eh.
