The Insole Store - Reviews and experiences

I've been using this one type of insole from a popular brand for a few years now to help my feet stay comfy while I golf four times a week. But, the brand decided to stop making them, and I was kind of stuck. So, I got in touch with The Insole Store for some help, and their customer service person got back to me right away with a good replacement suggestion. They've already sent out the insole, and I can't wait for it to get here. Plus, the free shipping was a nice touch. The Insole Store gave me such great service that I feel really relieved and happy.

I bought some insoles from this store not too long ago and I gotta say, I was really impressed with how helpful and knowledgeable the staff was. Kimberly was awesome in helping me choose the right insole to take care of all my foot issues. Ordering was easy peasy and I liked that there was free shipping, especially with it being sent out through Priority Mail. All in all, my experience with this company and their products was top-notch.

I just wanna say how impressed I am with my awesome customer service experience. So, like, I made a mistake and put the wrong address for my order. But when I told them, they were super quick to reply and said they'd send a new order to the right address. How cool is that? I totally LOVE when companies are all about finding solutions! I bought 2 special insoles not long ago and I gotta say, I was super impressed with the whole process.
