Slip-on shoes
I'm loving these slip-on shoes I bought, they're super comfy and just right for everyday wear. But let me tell you, the customer service was a total disaster. I ordered a pair for my partner and the next day, I got an email saying the order was canceled because they were out of stock. They took my money before letting me know. When I reached out to them, they told me it would take 3 to 5 days for a refund. Well, it's been 7 days and nada. When I contacted them again, they said it would be another 14 days. Seriously, what a crazy long wait time, and it's not like it was my fault the order got axed. Do you think they'd wait that long if I owed them money?
Double order mishap
My experience with this website was absolutely terrible, eh? After I placed my order, I was met with a blank screen and didn't even get a confirmation email, eh? Then, they ended up processing a double order, so I tried to cancel right away, eh? But ya know what? The customer service team told me they couldn't cancel it, eh? So now I'm all frustrated and disappointed, eh? I'll definitely be sending back both orders and I won't ever be shopping on this website again, eh?
Toy Story Crocs
I was so excited for the Toy Story Crocs to come out, I couldn't wait. I checked the website tons of times that day. When they finally dropped, I bought 3 pairs - 2 Woodys and 1 Buzz. But when my package came, only the Buzz ones were in there! Where are my Woodys? I tried to contact customer service, but they didn't help at all. They said it was a website problem and the Woodys were out of stock. But I know I ordered them really fast, so how did they disappear? And they overcharged me too! When I told them, they wanted proof from my bank. Seriously? I sent it, but they still wouldn't refund my money. So rude! This was the worst service I've ever had from a big brand. Crocs, you just lost a loyal customer!
Flip flops
I recently ordered a pair of flip flops, but I ran into some issues even before getting them. I had to change my address because I moved houses, but it was really hard to do. The customer service website I used didn't have an option to change my address, and even the chatbot couldn't help me with it. I felt really frustrated and unhappy with the service. I just hope that the flip flops I ordered are good enough to make up for all this trouble. Right now, I'm counting on Royal Mail to redirect my order, which makes things even more uncertain.

These clogs are just so darn comfy, they've become my go-to shoes for just chillin' at home. Flip-flops purchase
So, I bought a pair of flip-flops from the store and they broke the first time I wore them on my vacation. I reached out right away within the 90-day warranty, hoping to get it sorted quickly. But let me tell you, the customer service I got was terrible. Instead of giving me a refund or sending me a replacement in black like I wanted, they just sent me a white pair without even checking with me. I tried to be nice in my emails, but now they're straight up ignoring me. Honestly, the whole experience with their customer service has been really disappointing. I'd suggest thinking twice before buying from them directly.
Two pairs of shoes
I just got myself two pairs of shoes from this shop not too long ago. The first pair I grabbed was comfy and felt pretty solid, but the stitching looked a bit rushed. The second pair, on the other hand, wasn't my style because of the color. I returned it on February 23rd, and even after several chats and tracking updates, I still haven't got my refund. They kept telling me it would take 10-14 business days to get it sorted. Finally got them to manually start the refund process, but it's been 5 days and I still haven't seen my money back. Thinking about raising the problem higher up, but this whole thing has been super stressful and annoying. This whole ordeal has completely turned me off from shopping here again.
Pair of shoes
I bought a pair of shoes from this store not too long ago and I was so looking forward to wearing them. But after just three months, the soles inside both shoes started falling apart, making them leak every time I stepped outside. It was super annoying and kinda let me down to have my socks and feet all wet. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest buying shoes from there 'cause they're not very well made and don't last long.
An unfortunate experience
I had a pretty bad experience with my order from this company lately. I ordered something and then realized I needed to change it, but they said I couldn't. And when I asked about the warranty, they couldn't help because of fake stuff out there. It was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I've had, and I'm pretty disappointed.
Birthday gift - Crocs and charms
I just bought a birthday present for my daughter that came with Crocs and charms. But when I got the order, I saw that there were two charms missing. I tried calling, chatting online, and emailing customer service many times, but I still haven't gotten a good solution. It's really disappointing to not get everything I paid for, especially for my daughter's birthday.

Eh, so I bought some kids' shoes for the holidays, eh. But, I gotta say, the whole experience wasn't the greatest, eh. So, I thought I'd reach out to customer service through the chat, but the person I talked to wasn't much help, eh. They seemed more interested in sticking to a script than actually hearing me out, eh. It just made me even more frustrated, eh. Just wish they could've been more understanding, you know?

Oh my goodness, I just can't believe it! This place was a complete disaster. I ordered my shoes and then they hit me with, "Oops, sorry, can't send you that pair you were so excited about." Like, seriously, what kind of nonsense is that?! They took my money and then without a care in the world, they just cancel my order. I was really excited about getting those new shoes and now I'm just stuck here with nothing. It's so disappointing. Plus, their website is a mess, so hard to navigate and not at all user-friendly. Such a huge disappointment. Total fail.
Quality products
I've always been happy with the quality of stuff I've bought from this store. The items are tough and well-made, and I've never had any problems returning things if I had to. The variety of products they have is great, with lots of different styles and colors to pick from. I can always find something that fits what I like and what I need.
Return of an item
So, I had to return something I bought the other day. Before I bought it, I made sure to read up on their return policy to make sure I didn't need a printer for it. Even though I was told to get a smaller size because it runs big, the replacement ended up being too small.
Ordered some shoes from this place
So I ordered some shoes from this place and let me tell ya, I have never dealt with such unhelpful customer service in my life! First of all, they were super vague about when my order would actually arrive. Like, why can't you just give me an estimate? And don't even get me started on their "customer service." It's like they don't even care about helping you out. Major bummer, eh?
Toy Story Woody Crocs for son
I ordered the Toy Story Woody Crocs for my son, but when the package arrived, it was empty! When I contacted customer service and showed them proof, they first said it wasn't possible, and then tried to blame the courier. I don't get how someone could take out the item and seal the package back up without leaving any signs. I've sent many emails but still waiting for a solution as they look into my case to see if I can get a refund. If this keeps going on, I'll have to take it up with my bank. Customer service hasn't done anything to fix the problem.
Returned shoes due to sizing issue
I recently had a pretty bad experience with an online service. So, I ordered a pair of shoes, but when they arrived, they didn't fit right. I shipped them back using the label they gave me, but then the tracking said the company wasn't accepting packages anymore. I tried contacting customer service a bunch of times, but they weren't any help at all. One person even straight up lied to me, saying the package couldn't get delivered because of a UK bank holiday, which wasn't even true. I ended up having to get my bank involved to dispute the payment and luckily got my money back. I'd suggest avoiding buying directly from their website after what happened to me.

I was so pumped to get two new pairs of shoes from this one company, but let me tell you, it turned into a complete disaster real quick.
