I got a book from here the other day, and they also sent me a magazine catalog. But, for some reason, the magazine and the book showed up on different days. It was really stressful because I thought maybe my expensive book got lost in the mail. The tracking info was all over the place, saying everything had been delivered when only the magazine came. It was a total headache and unnecessary stress, especially for something so pricey. They should really just ship everything together to avoid this kind of mix-up.

I just bought a birthday present for my daughter that came with Crocs and charms. But when I got the order, I saw that there were two charms missing. I tried calling, chatting online, and emailing customer service many times, but I still haven't gotten a good solution. It's really disappointing to not get everything I paid for, especially for my daughter's birthday.
