    I'm really upset about the refund delay for the helmet I returned. The website promised a refund within 1-3 business days, but it's been 21 days already and still no refund. I've sent several emails but haven't heard back, and I'm feeling really frustrated and disappointed with the service I've received.

    Oh my goodness, I can't believe how fast my new shoes arrived! They came so quickly, I hardly had to wait at all. The customer service folks were super friendly too, they even picked up the phone on a weekend! The shoes were packed up real nice in a sturdy box, it was all so well done. To top it off, they got here five whole days earlier than expected - that totally caught me off guard!

    I just picked up a winter jacket from this store, and it was alright overall. Ordering it went smoothly and it got to me on time as expected. However, I had a bit of a problem with the pricing when I had to do a return. I got in touch with customer service, and they did eventually fix it, but it took some work on my part to get it all straightened out. It was annoying to deal with, but at least they shipped quickly and managed to sort everything out in the end.

    I bought a couple pairs of shoes on sale from this company and I was really happy with both times. Everything went really smoothly.     Bought a winter coat on sale

    I seen this coat on sale and I just had to grab it! I wasn't sure what to think because of the negative reviews, but I decided to roll the dice. The coat showed up in great shape and I was thrilled with the price. I checked prices at another store, but Steep&cheap still had the better deal even with shipping costs. It came pretty fast, even though I picked the regular shipping. The only bummer was there weren't any promo codes for more savings, but I still gave it four stars because I was pleased with my buy.

    I bought a pair of ski pants from here, but they never got delivered to me. I waited for 10 days, then got a message saying my "return" was done, and I got a refund on PayPal for the pants. But what about the $75 USD I paid for international shipping that I didn't get back? It seems like I got ripped off on those fees for something I never even got.

    Authorization Code Woes

    Man, that website was a pain to deal with when trying to buy something! I had trouble because they wanted an authorization code before I could finish my purchase. I told them that Amex doesn't give out this code to customers and that the merchant has to ask for it, but they wouldn't back down. I even called Amex to double-check, but Steep&Cheap wouldn't listen. It's annoying when a company won't just make a quick call to check the details. Their service is terrible, plain and simple.

    I recently bought a Fjallraven keb jacket in black from this website. I was really looking forward to getting it, but when I opened the package, I saw that the jacket was not exactly how it was shown on the website. The picture online made it look like the jacket was all black, but the one I got had some grey accents too. I've shopped on this site before and never had any issues, but this time I was pretty let down by the misleading product description.
