Winter jacket purchase
I just picked up a winter jacket from this store, and it was alright overall. Ordering it went smoothly and it got to me on time as expected. However, I had a bit of a problem with the pricing when I had to do a return. I got in touch with customer service, and they did eventually fix it, but it took some work on my part to get it all straightened out. It was annoying to deal with, but at least they shipped quickly and managed to sort everything out in the end.

Wow, eh? I was so impressed with the deal I scored on this online purchase! The price was way lower than on other websites, I couldn't believe it.
