Healthcare/Catering Relief
Working long hours on my feet in the healthcare and catering gigs, I just accepted that pain was part of the deal. But then I saw ads for these recovery shoes and thought, why not give them a shot? I was a bit doubtful at first, but I've been pleasantly surprised. These Oofos shoes have really helped ease the foot, back, and neck pain that used to bother me after standing for ages. The level of comfort and support they offer is incredible, and now I can get through the day without feeling constant discomfort like before. I'm so impressed with the results that I even bought a second pair as a backup. These shoes have truly changed the game for me, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who's on their feet all day.
Walking pain relief shoes
I gotta say, I'm really happy with the pain relief shoes I got from here. I've had my fair share of injuries, and these shoes have made a big difference in reducing my discomfort when I walk. The moment I slipped them on, I could feel the relief right away. But I gotta say, the prices are a bit of a downer. Seems like the company is all about making a buck, 'cause the regular-priced shoes are pretty steep. The only ones that are more affordable are the clearance shoes, but they're not as good-looking. It's too bad, 'cause it doesn't leave much choice for folks who want both style and comfort.
Comfortable sandals prone to slippage on hardwood and composite materials
When it comes to comfort, these sandals are top-notch, eh. The cushioning feels like you're walking on clouds, perfect for long walks or standing for extended periods. But I was kinda bummed to find out that they tend to slip on hardwood and composite surfaces, making them a bit risky to wear in certain places, ya know. I contacted customer service and they told me it might be because I wore down the soles too much from using them a lot. It's too bad 'cause I really like how comfy they are, but the slipping problem is a big downside, eh.
Exceptional customer service
I don't usually write reviews, but I gotta say, I was really impressed with the customer service from this company. I first contacted them through their website chat, and then later by phone, and both times they got back to me super quick and gave me top-notch service. The reps were professional, friendly, and really easy to talk to, which you don't always find these days. I'm really thankful for the great experience I had and for sure will keep supporting this company and telling others about it. Cheers!
Comfy flip flops for water
Don't listen to the haters, these flip flops are awesome for all your water adventures. I wore them at the lake and they were great, even on those long walks by the water. So comfy and sturdy!
OOFOS foam sandals
Oh wow, these foam sandals are like a dream come true for my tired feet! Seriously, I can't get enough of them. They're so comfy and cozy, I practically live in them. I even wear them to school, that's how obsessed I am!
Comfortable shoes for severe plantar fasciitis
These shoes are absolutely amazing for my plantar fasciitis. I've been suffering from unbearable pain for so long, and nothing was helping. But ever since I got these shoes, my pain has gotten so much better, and I can finally walk without feeling like I'm stepping on broken glass. The support and comfort are exactly what my feet were craving. I'm really looking forward to trying out their sandals for the summer!
Holiday Gift Order
Ordered 4 pairs of shoes for holiday gifts, but got the wrong styles and sizes. Contacted Customer Service and was super impressed with how quick and helpful they were. Talked to a real person right off the bat and they fixed the problem right away, no hassle for me. Definitely recommend, not only for the great shoes but also for the amazing customer service.
Free returns and exchanges
The return and exchange policy at this store is amazing! I had to return something recently because it didn't fit right, and it was so easy and fast. I went on their website to start the return, took the item to a nearby drop-off spot, and got my money back in just a few days. It was such a hassle-free experience, I was really impressed.
Slip-on sandals
The process to return and get my money back was actually pretty quick and smooth, which I thought was great. But, the time it took for my order to actually be shipped out wasn't so impressive to me. I get that bad weather can mess things up, but it was weird that my order didn't go out in the order it was received. I also got annoyed by not being able to cancel or change my shipping address after I already ordered, even when I tried to get help from customer service. On top of that, the sandals I got didn't have a consistent size and fit, which is not something I usually have a problem with from other brands. I usually wear a size 5 M, but with these, the fit was all over the place - too long, too short, too narrow, or too wide.
