Oh my goodness, this posture support wrap is absolutely amazing! I've been dealing with back pain from sitting at my desk all day, and this wrap has made such a difference. It's so comfy, easy to adjust, and has really helped me sit up straight. Plus, I can wear it under my clothes so no one even knows I've got it on. Online order mix-up
My recent purchase from this company has been a real mess. I ordered online and later found out that my card was actually charged by a totally different company. I tried reaching out to both companies with emails, but haven't heard back from either one. On top of that, the tracking info says my order was supposedly delivered to Guam, but I'm in Tennessee, so that makes no sense. The mix-up and lack of communication have really got me feeling annoyed and let down.

Walking pain relief shoes
I gotta say, I'm really happy with the pain relief shoes I got from here. I've had my fair share of injuries, and these shoes have made a big difference in reducing my discomfort when I walk. The moment I slipped them on, I could feel the relief right away. But I gotta say, the prices are a bit of a downer. Seems like the company is all about making a buck, 'cause the regular-priced shoes are pretty steep. The only ones that are more affordable are the clearance shoes, but they're not as good-looking. It's too bad, 'cause it doesn't leave much choice for folks who want both style and comfort.

Diamond earrings disaster
Hey there! So, I was on a cruise and picked up these super cool diamond earrings. But guess what? Before I even had a chance to wear them, one of the diamonds fell out! They claimed it was damaged during shipping and apparently, this is a common issue! I mean, seriously, for two grand, I expect my diamonds to stay in place! I've never had this problem with other jewelry before. Just wanted to give you all a heads up - be cautious when buying jewelry on cruise ships, folks!

Late Dispatched Bracelets
I ordered bracelets for two birthdays not too long ago and honestly, I was super let down by the service I got from this company. Even though I placed my order a whole 8 days before the birthdays, they only just shipped the items today! It was way too late by then. I tried reaching out to customer service, but all I got was a standard email saying they couldn't do anything since the order was already sent out. No discount or even a simple apology for the trouble caused. The way they handled this was really disappointing. So, I've decided I won't be ordering from this website ever again.
