Quality men's clothing
I gotta say, I've been blown away by the amazing quality and classic styles of the clothes this brand has. The sizes actually make sense, plus they've got options for taller folks, which is a nice change compared to a lot of other brands. I also really like that they're expanding their women's collection, it shows they're all about being inclusive and diverse.<br><br>Dealing with their customer service has been great too, whether online or in person. The person at their Atlanta store was super helpful and knew their stuff, really went out of their way to help me find the perfect shirt. The personal touch and effort to give a positive experience really stood out to me.<br><br>All in all, I'm super impressed with the quality, service, and overall style of this brand. They've become my go-to for men's clothing gifts, and I'm excited to see what they come up with next.
Multiple shirt order, returned for size exchange
I went ahead and bought a bunch of shirts from this company in different styles. When I got the order, I found out that I needed to swap them for a bigger size. Luckily, it was a breeze to return them and I quickly got my refund. The shirts were really well-made and fit nicely, but I figured I should go up a size just in case they shrink in the dryer. Overall, I'm super happy with how everything went down and will definitely be shopping from this company again in the near future.
Tees and shirts
I came across this brand when I saw them featured on a popular TV show. Even though they didn't strike a deal, I was interested in their cool retro style. I've bought a bunch of their tees and shirts since then and I'm really happy with the quality and design. The tees are especially awesome, fitting great and feeling good. The only downside is the annoying tag at the back of the tees. But all in all, I'm really happy with how the stuff I got looks and feels.

I picked up some new clothes the other day, but guess what? They were all made in China! And let me tell you, what a hassle it was to try and return them. Even though they promised free returns, I ended up getting charged anyways. Not to mention, it took ages for them to actually deliver the items and give me a refund. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this place for your shopping needs.
Online order mix-up
My recent purchase from this company has been a real mess. I ordered online and later found out that my card was actually charged by a totally different company. I tried reaching out to both companies with emails, but haven't heard back from either one. On top of that, the tracking info says my order was supposedly delivered to Guam, but I'm in Tennessee, so that makes no sense. The mix-up and lack of communication have really got me feeling annoyed and let down.

So I bought this black t-shirt from a website, and let me tell you, it was a total letdown. Like, I never got a confirmation email or any tracking info after I placed my order. And when I tried to reach out to customer service by email and phone, no one ever got back to me. The phone number just took me to a full voicemail every time. Honestly, it felt like a total scam and a huge waste of my time and money.
Heater purchase mix-up
I recently bought a heater from Buckmasom.com and was surprised to see my card was charged by a website called REVEILOVE. When I looked at the tracking, it said the heater was delivered to my mailbox, which is impossible because it's too small for a heater. I tried to get in touch with customer service but couldn't find any contact info. This whole thing has me feeling really frustrated and let down. I wouldn't suggest buying from this company.
Indigo shirt
Ya, so I came across this really awesome indigo shirt on this website that I thought was made in America, but when I got it, the label said it was made in China. Like, what a letdown, eh? I was really excited about wearing something that was American-made, ya know?
Denim Jacket
Don't let this denim jacket fool you with its so-called "quality" - it's just plain garbage. The fit is terrible, more like something for guys with low testosterone and a more feminine shape. If you're all about that masculine build, stay away from this mess.
Disappointed with products

I just got these jeans from this company, and honestly, they're not great quality. After wearing them for almost a year, I saw that the pocket had a hole and the stitching was coming apart. I was worried about the jeans falling apart, so I tried to contact customer service for help. But they totally ignored my email to the address on their site for over a week. I've reached out multiple times with no response. It's really disappointing how they're not taking responsibility for their products.
Hoodie and pants
Oh my goodness, I'm really upset because I ordered a hoodie and pants from this place, but I only received the pants! I've been trying to get in touch with them for what feels like forever, but they're not responding at all! Can you believe it? They're acting like scammers or something! I might have to call the bank to handle this situation. Ughhh!
Incorrect item sent
Just ordered a jacket online, but got the wrong one. I'm really bummed that they didn't pay attention to details. The jacket I actually wanted is all sold out now. Such an unprofessional mess-up on their end.
Bought shirt and pants
The service took way longer than it was supposed to! I mean come on, they said it would be "2 business days" but it took 4 business days for them to even get back to me. And the shipping was super slow too! I thought I was gonna get my stuff right away but it took forever. And for the prices they charge, I expect them to at least follow their own rules.
