Exceptional customer service
I don't usually write reviews, but I gotta say, I was really impressed with the customer service from this company. I first contacted them through their website chat, and then later by phone, and both times they got back to me super quick and gave me top-notch service. The reps were professional, friendly, and really easy to talk to, which you don't always find these days.
