VPN service
This service seemed awesome at the beginning, but ended up being a total nightmare, eh. It was hard to figure out how well it worked without a Google Play app, and when I tried to get it going on my phone, I hit a bunch of problems, you know. The real headaches started when I reached out to customer service for help; they were no help at all, just gave me unclear answers and then ghosted me completely. After 25 days of feeling totally ignored and annoyed, I finally asked for my money back, but all I got was more silence, eh.
