    Black hoodie and grey sweatpants

    So like, I went to this store today and let me tell you, it was a disaster. I spotted this cute black hoodie and some grey sweatpants that I was totally feeling, but when I tried them on, the sizes were all wrong. So I asked the staff if they could help me out by ordering different sizes, but they straight up ignored me even though I was waiting in line. Instead, they were busy helping other peeps who showed up way after I did. Ugh, super annoying! What's the point of having staff if they're not gonna help out the folks who are actually there? And it wasn't even packed in the store! It was a Saturday morning, so you'd think they'd have more peeps working. Just plain rude, man.

    Meal purchase from the healthy eating selection

    I just tried one of the meals from the healthy eating selection, and let me tell you, I was really disappointed. The meal had some good flavor, but the chicken was terrible. It was gristly and I couldn't even eat it - not cool, especially coming from a supposedly reputable brand. This whole thing has turned me off from trying anything else in this range again.

She was so amazing, going above and beyond to help me find the perfect outfit. And can you believe it, she even went out of her way to help me find gluten-free options. How cool is that?     Fresh orange juice purchase

    Picked up a big ol' bottle of fresh orange juice, eh, with a best before date of March 23rd. Only took me two days to notice the date, and I gotta say, I wasn't too happy about how quickly it was gonna go bad, eh. Tried to take er back to the store, but those folks wouldn't help me out or give me me money back, eh. So I gave customer service a shout and got pretty much the same unhelpful response, eh. I tell ya, I'm not too pleased with the way this company's been treatin' me, eh.

    Overly Thick Chocolate Hollow Egg

    The chocolate hollow egg I bought was really pretty, with a smooth texture and bits of shortcake in it. But man, that chocolate was thick! I had to grab a hammer to get through it. And to top it off, it wasn't even egg-shaped like it was supposed to be. Overall, it was tasty but not very practical. Pretty disappointing experience.

    So I bought some vests in-store in Ireland and then traveled back to England, eh. When I tried to return them, they told me I had to do it in-store in England, eh. The website didn't help me at all, it didn't say which stores accepted returns, so I reached out to customer service, eh. Sadly, the person I talked to couldn't tell me where to return the vests, so I was left feeling frustrated and with no idea what to do, eh. I did eventually get an email with the info, but it was too late, the returns period had already ended, and I was just straight up out of luck, eh. Their customer service was just terrible, absolutely terrible, eh.

    OMG, like seriously, I bought these leggings for my little sister, and they got dirty so quick! I mean, it was just a tiny bit of mud, but the stain wouldn't budge no matter what I tried. I've had problems with their kids' clothes in the past, so I'm definitely not getting them again. And don't even get me started on the unhelpful staff in the store and customer service, ughhh.

    Chocolate dog

    The chocolate dog I got for Easter was a real letdown. When I first saw it, I thought it was super cute. But as soon as I took a bite, I was disappointed. It tasted like those super cheap chocolate candies, definitely not what I was hoping for from a brand that's known for quality. This product really didn't live up to what I was expecting, and I was pretty bummed out by the lack of quality. M&S, you really dropped the ball on this one.

    Paid for my stuff, was accused of not paying

    So, eh, I was in the store, eh, and I paid for my stuff with my card and I got a receipt and everything. But then this lady starts yelling at me, saying I didn't pay for my groceries. Like, excuse me, eh? I offered to show her my receipt but she just ignored me and tried to prove I didn't pay on the screen. But then it showed "thank you for shopping" so she had to admit I did pay. But did she apologize, eh? No way, eh! She just kept ignoring me and turned to the next customer, eh! Rude, right? So I just left feeling so mad and embarrassed, eh.

    Ladies joggers purchase

    I went to the store the other day and bought a pair of joggers for women. When I got home, I found out they were too big so I went back to exchange them for a smaller size. But when I got to the store, the pants didn't have any tags on them. I told the employees that I didn't take off the tags, but they wouldn't let me exchange them without them. It took a long time and I felt like I was being accused of something, but eventually, they let me make the exchange. The whole situation made me feel uncomfortable, like I was being treated unfairly just because of a missing tag.

    Dead flowers after 2 days

    I bought a bouquet of flowers for my mom from M&S at Exeter Services, but a lot of the daffodils wilted and died before they even got the chance to bloom. Super disappointing because I normally get good flowers from there that last a long time. M&S, that was a big fail!

    Gastro dine in meal deal

    I recently took advantage of a meal deal at a popular store called Gastro dine in. The deal was advertised as including a variety of main courses, side dishes, dessert, and a bottle of wine for just £12. However, when I got to the checkout, I noticed that the total was higher than I anticipated. After looking closer, I realized that one of the side dishes I selected was not actually part of the deal, so I was charged full price for it. When I pointed this out to customer service, they didn't seem too bothered and just said I should have read the fine print. I was definitely not happy with their lack of customer service in this situation.

    Purchased faulty furniture

    Eh, so I bought some furniture not too long ago and boy was I disappointed. Turns out the foam cushions were all wonky, which was a real bummer. And to top it off, the customer service I got when I tried to sort it out was just not up to snuff. Seems like the quality of both the products and service has really taken a nosedive since the last time I shopped there. I reckon I'll have to think long and hard before I make another furniture purchase from that store, that's for sure.

    Dress purchase, Mesh fabric

    I recently bought a dress online and man, I was so disappointed with what I got. Took three days for the delivery to arrive, only to see that the slip inside the dress was nowhere to be found. All I got was this cheap black mesh fabric that looked nothing like the photo. It's really disappointing that the company didn't pay more attention to the details and quality of their items. I paid a good amount of money for this dress and I was expecting way better. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning this poor quality dress and maybe even argue with customer service. This whole situation is so frustrating and just not worth it.
