The t-shirts at this store are really awesome, lots of options and good quality. But I gotta say, I was kinda bummed to see that a bunch of them are made from polyester, which I personally don't find very comfy, especially when it's hot out. Being a tall guy at 6'8, it would be great if there were some tall sizes available. Extra length in clothes makes a big difference for us taller folks when it comes to comfort and fit.

I went to the store the other day and bought a pair of joggers for women. When I got home, I found out they were too big so I went back to exchange them for a smaller size. But when I got to the store, the pants didn't have any tags on them. I told the employees that I didn't take off the tags, but they wouldn't let me exchange them without them. It took a long time and I felt like I was being accused of something, but eventually, they let me make the exchange. The whole situation made me feel uncomfortable, like I was being treated unfairly just because of a missing tag.

The customer service person I talked to at that company was really great. He knew his stuff, was super pro, and got things done quickly. He helped me out with all my questions and even sorted out my address change without any trouble. Dealing with their customer service team was a real good experience. Thanks a lot!
