$10 promotion credit and $5 Kohl's cash credit
I'm really frustrated with Kohl's and their annoying promotional credits! They keep sending me emails saying I have $10 to use by a certain date, and $5 in Kohl's cash, but when I try to use them online, they are nowhere to be found. The pin number they gave me didn't even work! I always shop at this store, and I am so fed up with their online ordering problems. Not impressed at all!

I was really looking forward to checking out this store that everyone was talking about. But man, was I let down! The selection was so-so, the staff didn't seem interested in helping at all, and the prices were way too high! I probably would have gotten better deals shopping online. The only upside was that my order came on time, but to be honest, I wish I had gone somewhere else. Such a waste of time and money.

Parking spot reservation online
My experience booking a parking spot online went really smoothly, no problems at all. The directions they gave were super clear and right on point, so I found the parking spot without any trouble. The shuttle service was right on time and the driver was really friendly, which made the whole experience even better. The only small issue I had was about how to prove I paid for the spot, since I didn't need to show any paperwork or get a placard for my car. But overall, I'm happy with the service and I'll definitely think about using it again next time.

Nightwear and loaf of bread
So I was at this popular store the other day, checking out the nightwear section and figured I'd grab a loaf of bread on my way out. Even though there were still some folks in line, the security guard, who was busy announcing the store closing, yelled at me and said they were closed. I explained the situation to one of the store workers, who let me go ahead with my purchase. But man, the way that security guard talked to me was just uncalled for and rude. I'm a regular at this store, coming in like 2 or 3 times a week, so getting treated like that was pretty disappointing. I expect better customer service, especially since I've been so loyal to this store.
