    I gotta tell ya, I bought some clothes from this store recently and man, am I ever disappointed with the whole shebang. Ordering was no problem, nice and easy, but things took a nosedive after that. Service was seriously lacking - hardly any communication or follow-up. I had to keep pestering them to find out what was going on with my order, and the responses I got were not helpful at all. And when my order did finally show up, I felt like I overpaid for what I got. Plus, the delivery took way longer than they said it would, which was a pain in the butt. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this place for buying clothes, that's for sure.

    4 item order issue

    I'm really disappointed with the lack of customer service I got from this store. I ordered 4 items but only got 2, and when I tried to follow up on the missing ones, I got no response. It's frustrating to spend my money on products that never show up, and even more frustrating to be ignored when I try to fix it. Being blocked from logging into my account just tops off this bad experience. I'll definitely think twice before shopping here again.

    Super soft skinny jeans with unexpected rips

    What a letdown, eh! I ordered two pairs of super soft skinny jeans to wear to work, just like I've always done, no issues. But when the jeans showed up today, they had pre-made rips in them! The pictures online didn't show any rips, and now I can't wear them to work. Can you believe that? Talk about false advertising, eh! These jeans are going straight back to the store. Kohl's, you really disappointed me this time. I'm so frustrated that I'm even thinking about canceling my store card and never shopping here again.

    $10 promotion credit and $5 Kohl's cash credit

    I'm really frustrated with Kohl's and their annoying promotional credits! They keep sending me emails saying I have $10 to use by a certain date, and $5 in Kohl's cash, but when I try to use them online, they are nowhere to be found. The pin number they gave me didn't even work! I always shop at this store, and I am so fed up with their online ordering problems. Not impressed at all!

    Birthday dresses and gown for charity event

    I recently bought some stuff from this store – got some birthday dresses for a little girl and a fancy gown for a charity do. The birthday dresses got to me in good time, no issues there. But, big mess-up with the gown. I double-checked my shipping address and billing address, all good. But somehow, they sent the gown to the wrong address in Pennsylvania. I contacted customer service with my Order #, and they said they'd refund me for the gown. But, when I checked my account, they credited me for the cheaper birthday dresses instead. I reached out again to fix it, and they told me they couldn't refund me for the gown because of some system error that messed up my address. I don't get why they could fix things for the birthday dresses, but not for the gown. The whole thing made me so frustrated and let down by their customer service.

    Returns at Kohl's

    Today was a real tough one dealing with the return policy at this store. Lately, it's been one thing after the other with bank accounts getting hacked and family members getting sick, so I was already feeling stressed out. But let me tell you, Linda from customer service was an absolute gem. She was so calm and kind, she even offered to pray for me and my family. Her kindness really touched my heart and brought some light into this dark month. Thank you so much, Linda.

    I ordered some pants online, but they never showed up, eh! I got an email saying they were on their way, but when I checked the tracking, it just said a label was made, you know. I contacted customer service, and they kept telling me to wait longer, eh. But I don't even need the pants anymore, and this has happened to me a few times now with this store, you know. I used to love shopping here, but their service has really gone downhill, eh.

    Jeans purchase for an upcoming event

    During my recent trip to the store, I headed over to the Women's jeans section to pick up some jeans for an upcoming event. But when I got there, it was a total mess! Jeans were all over the place, making it a real challenge to find the size I needed. After a bit of searching, I finally found two pairs and made my way to the dressing room. But yikes! The dressing room was really not up to par - there were huge dust bunnies all over the floor that looked like they'd been there forever. It would be great if the store could step up their game and keep the dressing areas cleaner for a more pleasant shopping experience.

    Sweatpants search frustration

    Looking for sweatpants in my size was such a pain because the filter was all messed up. Even though I selected my size, the search results kept showing me stuff in other sizes. So I had to go through each item one by one in every color just to find what I wanted. It took forever and I was so annoyed. And to top it off, they ended up canceling my order for the sweatpants in my size because they didn't actually have them in stock. Shows there's a big problem with their system.

    Pay off letter for home purchase

    I was trying to get a pay off letter for my home purchase and the online customer service was just awful. They didn't help at all - couldn't give me any useful info and just kept saying the same things over and over when I asked for help. It was honestly the worst customer service experience I've ever had, and I didn't get any assistance in the end.

    I had a real frustrating time the other day trying to place an order on this store's website. I've been a loyal customer for years, but this time around, their system thought I was a bot. They didn't give me any info on what to do next, so I was left feeling all mixed up and annoyed. I tried reaching out to their customer service through chat, but the person I talked to had trouble with English, which made it tough to communicate. In the end, I had to cancel my order and go somewhere else where they treated me right and got things done quick.

    Shoes for Big Feet

    I went to the store to find some shoes, but man, they didn't have my size. I wear a size 12, and it's like they totally forgot that some of us have big feet too. I saw a sign saying they had sizes 11-12, but when I checked it out, there was nothing there for me. I get that most folks wear smaller sizes, but c'mon, remember us big-footed peeps!     My recent visit to the store was so frustrating. I bought some clothes and accessories, but had to return and exchange them for stuff I couldn't find in the store. When I tried to exchange them, I was surprised to see that I had to pay more for the new items, even though I had the original Kohl's cash. Not only that, the customer service was really slow and unhelpful - they made me wait in line to buy the items again. It was such a waste of my time and left me so annoyed. And to top it all off, when I tried to follow up through chat, they told me I had to send an email instead. It was just adding insult to injury.

    Easter shopping disappointment

    Are you kidding me, eh? I walked into this store looking for some Easter outfits and all I found were two brands of dress shirts and a sad selection of XL sizes, eh. With Easter only a week away, you would think they would have a nice variety of outfits for customers to choose from, eh. Instead, all I saw were racks upon racks of blazers and sport coats. Oh, and don't even get me started on the lack of Easter sweaters and casual shirts for men, eh! When I asked the managers about it, they just shrugged and said they can only put out what they receive, eh. Well, in that case, send it all back, eh! I have been a loyal customer here for over 25 years, and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had, eh. Looks like I'll be taking my business to Macy's or online from now on, eh.

    Women's t-shirts sizing issue

    Got some t-shirts from the store that were way smaller than expected, eh. Found out they were over 2" smaller than my old ones, ya know. What happened to the sizing?     Pressure cooker

    I just bought a pressure cooker from this store, and I gotta say, I'm super happy with it. The thing showed up in mint condition, all nicely packed to keep it safe on its way to me. I took a look at the manual and set it up as per the instructions, which were simple and clear. The pressure cooker did its job perfectly and helped me whip up a meal just right. I'm really impressed with how well this cookware works, and I'd definitely suggest it to anyone else.
